Christine Wa an absolutely wonderful waitress. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our menu and she gave a wonderful presentation about the purvian culture.

This was my 4th dining experience at Provenance and they exceeded my expectations again. The plates and pairings are so well thought out, and it's obvious that the staff enjoy the experience and working together. To the eye some plates initially could appear as fresh mixed vegetables and such (beautiful mind you), but then one taste and you cannot believe how delicious and flavorful every bite is. I enjoy trying to break down what flavors I'm tasting, and each bite is a different experience. It is a lot of food over the many courses, but I can never resist eating every last morsel. I leave full and happy every trip. There are many more visits in my future!
