We had such a warm and friendly welcome and there was a great atmosphere despite it being mid week and quite quiet

We had the most incredible experience at FUMI in Brighton! My boyfriend James and I took part in the Sushi Class for his birthday, and it was such a special and memorable moment. Chef Ronald was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming, patient, and passionate. He made the class fun, relaxed, and really enjoyable, even for beginners. Sam, our server, was also lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout the whole experience. We learned how to make sushi, had lots of fun, and most importantly, shared a really special experience together for James’s birthday. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you so much to Ronald and Sam for making the evening so special. We’ll definitely be coming back with the whole family and friends! ❤️🍣

Good atmosphere ,attentive staff and very pleasant food

Food amazing but not cheap. Service amazing, especially Ula who looked after us. A really lovely meal, would highly recommend.

We have been going to the Sundial for many years, it is a place we visit when we want to spoil ourselves. Our recent visit didn't disappoint. The food was excellent, imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented. The service and ambience were as delightful as ever. A definite treat, we are looking forward to our next visit.
