Small Restaurant with one waitress and one manager in the dinning room and with that fantastic service. Karine was so helpful, took the time to help us through the menu as newbies to the Japanese experience. There were couples, larger groups and the place had a friendly nose level that let you know the guests were happy. The sushi platters came to The table quickly and were explained so you knew what you were eating. Everything was delicious. I absolutely loved the scalllop suishinroll and would go back just for that over and over again!! Thank you for a great evening. Never felt rushed and enjoyed everything that came to our table. 😊

We arrived earlier than our reservation time, and the staff were able to accommodate us right away. The food was excellent, and while it's on the pricier side, it's well worth it for the quality. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at Restaurant Victor at Mont Gabriel! The pasta special with duck was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavour. You can really tell the care that goes into every dish. What made the night even better was how accommodating the staff were. They happily took care of my picky eater son with a simple plate of fries and ketchup, no hesitation at all, which made things so much easier for us as parents. They also surprised him with a little treat for his birthday. Between the delicious food, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful service, it was a perfect dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
