Best Seasonal Restaurants in North Charlotte

Wow! Eddie V’s was truly an incredibly special experience, one we will not soon forget. From the front of house, to our table, to the kitchen movable cuisine, everything was just extraordinary. The food is an apparent labor of love; the chef and the kitchen personnel created flavors that were among some of the most inspired that I’ve ever had at a seafood restaurant (or any restaurant, for that matter). The scallops are not to be missed; so wonderful. The sea bass abounded with flavor, and for dessert: you HAVE to try the Bananas Foster. Unreal. Even the spiced butter we received with our bread service was inspired. But, as remarkable as he cuisine was, the most stellar part of our experience was the service. The manager, Chad Williams, and the rest of the staff at Eddie V’s are exactly what you look for in a high-end establishment: warm, inviting, professional, hospitable, and incredibly responsive. They made my wife and I feel like we were true VIPs. They simply go the extra mile. And if you have a chance, ask to be served by Kelim B: she was AMAZING. So kind, so charming, so accommodating; she turned our meal into a true feast. Eddie V’s is easily one of our new favorites and will be for a long time.

It was our son’s birthday and we chose to eat outside. The young man that seated us was bright and charming…so nice. The weather could not have been better and our server, Mattie was lovely. The food was excellent as always and everyone at the table bragged that theirs was the best! We look forward to our next visit to The Goodyear House!
