We had a great experience! We stopped in for happy hour after work and got the chance to catch up with colleagues visiting from out of town. The service was excellent throughout. Even when a few extra people joined us last minute, JOEY was quick to accommodate and made sure everyone had drinks and food without any long waits.

Came here with friends for a pre-TIFF bite. We left planning to return again next year... or much sooner! We came between lunch and dinner and the bites menu was extensive. We ordered the calamari (my friend tells me it was top notch!) pakoras (delicious green chutney) halloumi fries (fried to perfection and crispy without being oily while allowing the cheese to be just the right amount of gooey in the centre) and a large caeser salad to share, which was gone much faster than any salad I've seen shared. Amongst us we ordered the Blushing Bunny, the Pimm's Cup and the house wine. $10 wines and $12 cocktails for happy hour!? Wild! All were beautifully presented and delicious. Service was impeccable. Water was always filled, and any requests we made (bacon on the side, an extra glass of ice etc) were immediately listened to and fulfilled. Thanks to the whole front and back of house team!

REIGN is a highly reliable top notch 5 star restaurant with a classic menu of French classics with a nod to top notch local Canadian ingredients. Service is professional but friendly - you're made to feel comfortable that you're there and that you belong. This is not a "trendy" restaurant, or a see and be seen spot. It's where you go when you want to avoid that vibe and focus instead on great food, great service, extensive wine list and an atmosphere that lets you engage in conversation without fighting to be heard over the background noise.

Fantastic food, service, environment. When meals were only slightly delayed (due to a large private party) the team provided extras! We were new to the area and the staff provided a range of suggestions for things to do, places to go, etc around Toronto. We may even head back there before we leave town - it was that good!
