Best Seasonal Restaurants in Keystone

We are locals and Aurum is one of our favorite goto restaurants. The food is always great and the servers are professional. One of the best happy hours in Breckenridge. Reservations are typically required.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down, our favorite dining experience in Breckenridge so far! My friend Summer and I have enjoyed some wonderful restaurants during our trip, but Rootstalk has been the standout! From the beautifully crafted cocktails to the thoughtfully curated menu, every detail felt intentional. The seasonal offerings were creative, fresh, and beautifully presented, with flavor combinations that were just as impressive as the plating. You can tell there’s a genuine appreciation for the ingredients and the artistry behind each dish. The location is fantastic, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between elevated dining and a warm, inviting experience. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down, savor every course, and appreciate the experience. Rootstalk is an absolute gem in Breckenridge and a restaurant I would enthusiastically recommend to anyone who appreciates exceptional food, creative cocktails, and a memorable dining experience. We had the best experience sitting at the counter and watching the chefs prepare the food. The oysters were tremendous as was the hanger steak and curry. Highly recommend!! The servers, cooks, manager, bar tenders were top notch!!

Sushi was delicious. Service was exceptional. Definitely will be back!! Highly recommend if you’re a sushi lover like me.
