H&B truly is a special place in Montreal. The ambience was relaxed, the service was impeccable, and the food and wine were unforgettable. As a pescatarian, they accommodated my needs so easily -- something I can assure you doesn't happen across many of Montreal's highly rated restaurants. Celebrating my wedding anniversary there with my husband was the best decision; we cannot wait to come back. We'll be recommending this spot to everyone we know. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service in an absolutely beautiful and comfortable setting with a dj playing cool dinner vibes music. The pate and jambon snacks were delicious as were the Cobia fish made with coconut milk and the sweet potato dish, if you want something on the lighter side. Jonathan was an extremely attentive server with very helpful recommendations. The wine was also great and we never felt rushed. Expect to drop a big dime but the food and atmosphere are worth it.

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience last night at Estiatorio Milos in Montreal. There were two of us, and from start to finish, the meal was outstanding. We started with the Lobster Salad, which was excellent—fresh and prepared with just the right amount of lemon dressing. For our main course, we shared the Sea Bass. It was cooked to perfection and served with an incredibly well-balanced oil and caper sauce. We paired the fish with sides of potatoes and broccoli, which turned out to be a great combination that complemented the sea bass beautifully. To accompany our meal, we wanted a Chablis. Although the specific bottle we originally requested was hard to find and not quite chilled enough, the staff provided excellent service by recommending a fantastic alternative. Their recommendation paired exceptionally well with our food. All in all, it was a great experience with top-tier food, great wine, and attentive service. Highly recommended!
