We went here for my birthday celebration and had no idea exactly what a treat it would be. The customer service blew me away, the attentive service, attention to detail and the general demeanour of all staff was second to none. The standards were exceptionally high. Our drinks arrived very quickly. The portion sizes were more than adequate. But the food was of an exceptionally high standard. The quality of the meat was faultless, and the flavours were amazing. Again the presentation was great. The restaurant had a lively vibe with beautiful decor and the most comfortable seating and good sized tables. I am in awe of how everything and every little detail was flawless and the staff were on point. Much better than the many London restaurants and hotels that I have dined in.

Good experience at the Ivy Guildford Castle View couldn’t enjoy the view due to the weather but the staff and ambience made our experience feel great and warm. Quality of food is always top class, fish and chips portion from the children’s menu was shockingly big but we’re not complaining our 2 year old loved it. Shoutout to the waiter who helped us with our baby’s milk bottle. We’ll visit again when the weather is better.

We had a lovely afternoon tea to celebrate a 40th birthday. Everyone was so friendly and the service was excellent. There was such a lovely choice of food and they catered well for our dietary requirements too - highly recommend.
