- OTOpenTable DinerVancouver / British Columbia •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoSpectacular every time. Highlights of this visit were the 40 oz ribeye, the campo rosso chicories, cranberry beans, and, of course, the chocolate trifle for dessert. There's never a bad, or even a remotely disappointing bite. It's also so refreshing to dine somewhere that genuinely cares about offering thoughtful, balanced, surprising, and fun desserts. This was my fourth visit this year (Chambers is becoming a go-to spot for milestones and celebrations), and somehow the bread got even more perfect? A higher rise, a nuttier, toastier flavor from the sesame. A simple offering executed perfectly.More infoChambers$$$$• American• TriBeCa•4.9
