Best Historic Restaurants in Battersea

A lovely pub with a great ambience and fabulous food. We had a great time. Recommend 100%

The food was lovely, maybe not the for how much you pay (for some, not all dishes), but what made the experience was the service. Please please, try the chocolate mouse! The waiters were amazing, great personalities and service. It was very noisy in the room so it was hard to have a conversation across the table ended up sticking with those next to me. Scotch eggs, sausages from the bar menu were great and good value! £40 for a steak and £30 for a Kiev when I would say the were basic seemed steep but the service made up for that. Will be back again to try other dishes.

SPECTACULAR restaurant, exceptional service. BREATHTAKING.

Table service a bit off: bread appetiser did not arrive, the starters did! Had to ask for the bread. Had to ask for the glasses of white wine which were ordered at the time of the food and were meant to arrive when the aperitifs were finished. Asked for one dessert and two forks: two desserts arrived. Saving grace was the food-delicious
