L’Express has been a favorite for years … food is always yummy and feels like authentic yummy casual French food w a fun and stimulating atmosphere. But for my husbands birthday they went above and beyond and presented a complimentary dessert w candle and the entire team sang happy birthday!! Always a very warm and friendly manager and staff that makes you feel welcomed.

We met a business prospect for lunch right before heading to the airport. The ambience, service, and food were all excellent. However, the tables are closely spaced, so we got very lucky to be seated next to an empty area where we could stand our bags. If not, it would have been very tight. Pretty typical for an NYC cafe, I imagine, but something visitors should consider.
