We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden. Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones. My second time at Pho and it's been great both times. Food is delicious and well spiced. Staff are friendly and polite and the restaurant is clean with good air con (28 degrees outside when we went). Prices are just about right and the drink choices are very good. Highly recommended and we will be back
