Lovely leisurely lunch with good Service and delicious food. Big Thank you.
Service for arriving was excellent, there had been a reservation mix up which was dealt with straight away. Food was fantastic and an amazing choice. The kids menu was excellent valye for money. The girl who served us was very professional.
Fantastic food and service as always
Lovely waitress I made a mistake when ordering & she sorted it for me. Food is good and decent prices. We will go again.
Food great, service great. Seating great. Only reason why not 4 was the noise and vibration from downstairs coming right through
Lovely meal with friends and great service. Food was lovely too
Had a nice night at Fiumé Restaurant. Food was very good service excellent and would defo return. Thank you for a pleasant evening
Took a while for food to come out. Kids meal was burnt. Chicken over cooked on pizza. Mussles had 1/4 that couldn’t be eaten
Haven’t frequented here for over two years (pandemic didn’t help). Restaurant wasn’t busy and took a while to get asked for drinks. Which is fine.
Kids meal (potato skins, chicken strips/goujons) was an issue. The chicken strips was very, very, very well done, to the point we couldn’t cut them into pieces. Meal was left. £6.95 wasted apart from potato skins. No dessert ordered.
Ordered two lasagne for mains, one was perfect, one was over cooked. Meal was left. £8.95 wasted.
Mixed bread starter with balsamic dip. Four slices from a rustic bun (two toasted) and 4 breadsticks. Mountain of olives. No one wants olives with this. £3.95 for literally 4 slices of a baguette. Ate them but for nearly £8 (ordered two) bin the olives and serve rustic/artisan breads and more balsamic/olive oil dip that was done with two dips of bread.
Plus points. Piccante pizza cooked to perfection. Salmon main course again cooked to perfection. Staff friendly.
Spent £60/70, kids unimpressed (lasagne x 1 and chicken strips) so had to feed them when home which defeated the object.
Plus no tea spoon given with the pot of tea(s) ordered so Wife used a fork to remove teabag(s).
Unfortunately will not be visiting here again but past experience has been good. Maybe a bad day but only 3 or 4 covers in when we left.
Didn’t complain as too stressed with kids moaning about food and just wanted to leave before you ask.
Delicious food, brilliant customer service. Social distancing excellent
Food was lovely all 3 course ........
great service too
Staff and food always excellent
We had a nice bite to eat whilst catching up with friends.
Always great food
Been coming here for years
Will be back
Inexpensive lunch good quality food. We regularly go to Fiume and will be back
Lovely food, great service only complaint would be it was a tad cold.
Great food and service also a lot more room between tables now thanks for a fab night
Food wasn't up to standards swimming in oil not cooked bland and dry
Lovely restaurent and food outstanding. Staff very pleasant and always around to see to your needs. Great night for husbands 70th birthday with daughter and grandson.
Have visited Fiume on many occasions and generally always had a very positive experience. Last night was the exception. I ordered half pizza/half pasta - the pasta had no taste, no sauce and was lukewarm and the pizza was soggy in the middle and also lukewarm. I spoke with a member of staff who was very apologetic and took the dishes away and said the items would be replaced which they were. Whilst the replacements were hot, the dishes were still extremely bland with the chicken kiev pizza tasting more like a margherita with virtually no garlic. The bill was discounted due to our disatisfaction but this did not make up for the fact we left disappointed.
Very busy and few staff on hand. Food OK but service not as good as usually is
Its a very nice restaurant , service was very good and the food was very tasty. The menu was varied and the choices were excellent
We had the two course Sunday lunch, because we were having a drink it was a nice amount of veg, however would expect more for two people- Yorkshire puddings were huge although mine was little burnt but didn’t spoil my lunch experience, I’m sure if I’d asked for another they would have exchanged it as the staff were very accommodating and very friendly.
Half pizza half pasta always great. Great service as well. Always asking if we need more drinks which is great. Will be back
A lovely evening Excellent service . Nice food in a very pleasant atmosphere
Was disappointed that my meal had onions in it when there was no mention in it on the menu. My son's ordered the same as they do everytime we've been however their pizza came with cherry tomatoes on it which they had to remove. Menu needs to include all ingredients.
Service was very slow from the kitchen and dining room wasn’t full, pizza cold, pasta sauce not much flavour.
Received free drinks as a result of wait.
Food was lovely service slow ! They also forgot my partners starter 🤷♂️
Spur of the moment lunch with our 11 year old grandson was a good choice, tables were spread out with screens for protection, service was quick and the food delicious. We will definitely return
Great service x friendly staff and lovely food x great night x
Nice quiet meal. Good service and value for money.
Amazing food! Staff were friendly and service was quick and efficient. I hadn’t been to Fiume in years and was really surprised with how good it was.
Food was amazing as always.
Will definitely be back soon
The food was really nice and staff very pleasant. Definitely recommended.
Nice meal, my starter of mussels with a chilli sauce was excellent, though a bowl to put the shells in sould have been provided. My friend had calamari which were tender and and not over cooked. For mains I had a pizza which tasted wonderful. My friend had the fillet steak which was rare exactly as he requested it and full of flavor.
The whole meal including a bottle of Red came to £65 so great value too.
Really good experience especially after we kept adding and removing numbers from the table - food was lovely and good atmosphere
We have visited Fiume many , many times in the past . We visited yesterday and was very disappointed to see they had removed their specials menu . Two courses for £12/13 ( can’t quite remember ) . Back to the full price menu . Service was slow even though restaurant was relatively quiet .
I decided to try a pasta dish called ‘ Maltese’ . I am in fact from Malta and there is no Maltese pasta dish that I know of that contains curry powder. However I went ahead and ordered it and it literally was a curry sauce with pasta (instead of rice ) . It was particular but not too bad .
The staff there are amazing and so lovely and food is 11/10 would recommend to anyone
Great food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and a great location
The vegetable arrabiata was quite boring. The potato skins was nice and the lotus cheesecake was lovely. They no longer do half pizza half salad which is disappointing. It’s always a bit hit and miss at fuime, which is a shame as it’s a lovely place to come to.
