One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Very friendly staff with prompt service and will definitely be returning.
It was busy when we arrived but our food came out really quick, the staff were friendly and very chatty.
The food was amazing.
We will definitely be paying another visit
Great place. Food is great and staff are attentive
Unfortunately our services was really slow, we sat with dirty plates for over half hour before we decided to skip pudding and just get the bill.
I usually love the food here but on this occasion it was well below par which was a shame as I had raved about it to the party I took with me,

Service was inattentive despite there being enough of them.
Burnt buffalo chicken wings tip of the iceberg. Blue cheese dip was watered down and the celery sticks must have been cut by a blind person...some of the worst I've had.
Their signature burger is overpriced at £14 and they don't use a particularly good beef blend, so it seems you pay a lot for a 2nd patty and an extra sliced bun in the middle. Sauce spread on the heel and crown was stingey.
Their menu has potential so look beyond this £14 trap
Cajun sweet potato fries were decent.
Don't understand burger joints that don't include fries as standard...
Very disappointed, not coming back. Staff friendly but felt like it was everyone's first day in a real job. Burger was edible but meat was burned and tasted burned, which is a big problems as they have literally a burger based menu, milkshakes were nice however
Asked in the reservation that it was a special occasion and we got probably the worst table. Behind the bar where the bags of people were 30cm close to my face
Absolutely amazing service, everyone was so lovely and helpful. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful. I have found my new favourite place to eat!
Hi Stephanie! Thanks so much for your review! We hope to see you again soon! Why not give our Instagram page a follow to keep up to date with what we have to offer? Take Care! Shelby
I really enjoyed the wings! 5/5
The milkshakes was also very good! 5/5
Underwhelming. Service was best described as "disinterested". Food was mediocre. Took ages to get menus, asked if we could order after 20mins of sitting with closed menus (less than half of the tables were occupied so not particularly busy). When asked if the regular fries were sharing portion or individual (as the section of the menu was called "sharers and sides"), was unhelpfully told "it depends on how much you want to eat. You can always buy more if you want." They were quite clearly individually portioned. No one ever came to see if we needed any condiments or ask if the food was cooked as ordered (it wasn't). Finally managed to flag the waiter and ask for mayo after 15mins. After all this, they added compulsory gratuity for a table of 4 diners. It's not difficult to find a good burger these days and this place wasn't special cheap or friendly. Would not recommend or return.

Great food, the waiters were lovely, it is quite a lot of noise though. And service is quite slow but the food made up for it also very cheap to Londoners
Great food and previous visits have been fab but it wasn’t a good experience on this occasion.
Food excellent as usual. Waitress messed up order and was less than honest in the way she dealt with it. Manageress dealt with situation well
Delicious, great atmosphere and quick service! They seemed to want to close up very early though and stacked chairs as loudly as possible as a not so subtle hint for us to leave
Excellent food, service and value for money! Highly recommended.
Came to celebrate a birthday with ribs and wings, although upon arrival was told they did not have ribs, wings, onion rings or coleslaw, despite it only being 6pm.
Disappointing to have so many things off the menu, however the burgers and and chips we had were very nice.
Place looked horrid, floor was super dirty. Service was very poor, food would be ready and waiters not servicing until we had to ask them.
Not worth the price.
Nice burgers - perfect for a lunch ! Very efficient service.
Went here for tea after a Day out in Windsor, pre booked online which was straightforward. The service was excellent and the food was also.would definitely recommend.
A pleasant experience and will definitely return, food was lovely
Poor visit, staff just wonna get home quick, not worried am customers.
You was Lucky that I even paid.
My boyfriend and I visited Flaming Cow on Sunday and we weren’t disappointed! The food was delicious, the service was quick and the staff were really friendly.
It is more on the expensive side, so not somewhere to visit if you’re on a budget. We had 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks and it was £46. We chose the DIY burgers, but they were nothing complicated or over the top which could have added to the cost.
Overall we would visit again, but due to the prices it wouldn’t be a frequent visit.
The food was absolutely delicious and didn't take long to arrive. The chicken wings are heavenly and our steak was cooked to perfection. It's definitely the place to go for a meal with friends.
Best burger I have ever had, portions are huge.
Chicken wings were amazing and great selection of drinks.
When we arrived, we were taken to our seats quite quickly and the server walked away. We were left wondering, for about 15 minutes, whether we were supposed to order at the till or if it was table service. Eventually, someone came and took our order. It was not particularly busy either.
The food was really nice, so for that reason, I would recommend trying the Flaming Cow. I just think the service should be a little better.
Okay had come highly recommended to us and was a let down as was maybe expecting a bit more. The waitress was not overly happy and had to ask for things such as ketchup and utensils etc and seemed an effort. Milkshake was awesome but hubby couldn't have the one he wanted to try as they didn't have vanilla ice cream ... they were not too sorry but said can have vegan!
Food was fair but when ordering no hot dogs and no milkshakes.... for a US styled burger joint.
Didn't feel clean and the tables weren't being cleared. Toilets were also locked and when unlocked, dirty.
Service was hit and miss. The guy was good but one of the girls was dismissive.
Food was very good just let down by waiting staff. Possibly need to hire more people as service was very very very slow.
I dont usually complain, but the whole experience at this venue was just so poor I felt there was no choice!
I had booked for a table for 5 at 19h30 on the 29th July.
There was a lengthy wait to be seated, even though we were on time, but it was clear that the waiters were busy, so that could be overlooked.
We were informed of the menu items which weren't available, which was fine.
5 steaks were ordered, but the waiter came back apologetic that there were only 4 available. I then opted for a burger and that turned out to be a blessing in disguise!
The 'medium to rare' steaks arrived and were overcooked and tough. Two of the party worked their way through this, but two were just so tough and overdone that we had no choice but to return them. The waiter came back a few mintes later stating the Chef (if he can be called a Chef..) asked if they could provide peppercorn or butter sauce to compensate the dried out steaks. Seriously???
Cutlery was a problem too. We had the meals delivered to the table without forks. Whilst we were waiting for forks (to be washed) the meal was getting cold, surely this is basics 101? Why deliver a meal if you dont have cutlery available?
The waiter was apologetic but not able to do the basics, like clearing a table of excess plates, taking (and fulfilling drinks orders promptly). The last straw was bringing the bill to the table without being prompted to do so. We had planned for desserts, but all felt we should just pay the £160 bill and leave.
The whole experience was an unpleasant one and I hope Management sort out their serious problems!
Food was awesome, service not as crispy as usual. We enjoyed the meal though and will be back
Hi Robert! We apologise about our recent service standards! We are working hard to get our team together and trained to provide the best service we can! We appreciate your feedback and will take this on board. We hope to see you again soon!
We always enjoy coming here. The service was a little slow which some may get frustrated with but they are so helpful and as soon as it was realised they couldn’t do more to help
Beautiful burger, attentive staff and altogether a great experience
Spontaneous visit to Flaming Cow over the weekend - a favourite of my wife and I. We had our 2 young kids with us (20 months, 7 weeks) and the staff were able to accommodate us splendidly, although I'd probably not recommend going to a busy restaurant with 2 hot, tired kids!!
The food was exceptional as always, the service exemplary. We will certainly be visiting again (and again, and again, and again).
Great place to go to and food excellent. Would recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff and delicious burgers. Will definitely recommend and return if we are in the area again.
Both waitresses were extremely helpful and nice, can't ask for a better service.
Food quality was great, cocktails were very small and mostly ice which was a shame. Staff were friendly but drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive
I found from the get go that the greeting staff was very abrupt.
Didn’t want to listen to not care that I am exempt from mask wearing due to asthma and other breathing issues I have.
Made me put one on and walked me 6 feet to my table
Then served us half milk shakes and took forever to do so.
45 minutes for service on drinks when there was only 3 other tables.
I can honestly say, I won’t be returning anytime soon
Food and customer service was fantastic! Will definetely be dining here again!
Outstanding. The burgers are to die. Ask for it done 'medium'. They come out so juicy and it makes a saliva jets in your mouth cascade with taste sensations
