Chef Paul Minnillo and Chef Matt Mytro opened Flour in 2011. For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service.

Conveniently located on Chagrin Boulevard and Som Center Road in Moreland Hills, Flour - Italian Kitchen is both the neighborhood gathering place for family dinner and sophisticated private venue for the country’s largest corporations. An easy environment to celebrate an engagement with an exceptional bottle of wine, wrangle your crew after a winning soccer game… and everything in between. You can count on us for a modern aesthetic that feels comfortable, not cold.

Flour is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, with an in-between menu from 2:30-5:00. Reservations are available for indoor seating with valet parking. We can accommodate parties of up to 60 people in our private dining space and cater wherever you plan to celebrate. We love our neighbors and welcome travelers near and far with open arms.

I dined with a friend for my birthday. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations! Our food was amazing. The service was exceptional. A wonderful selection of menu items. Generous portions! We highly recommend!

Completely upset about our dinner experiemce tonight. Sat down only wanted water to drink had to track waiter down to place order. Runner delivered food one piece of Bronzino and husband had salmon. For $41 put some rice w parsley on the plate or a piece of asparagus. I know food is expensive but really? White rice costs what 2c/oz cook daily and put in holding pot and season seafood could barely see the gremolata! Anyway server never check on us or asked how food was, mgr picked up the plates and never asked. Had to flag server down to ask for check. 1/5 stars

Food is exceptional. Do yourself a favor and order the fried olives, bolognese and the ricota truffle past. PHENOMENAL!

Our server, Melany, was outstanding. She was friendly, and attentive, even though she was obviously being kept very busy, as the restaurant was crowded. She seems like a very hard worker who takes pride in her work. The food was outstanding, especially the bucatini and clams. Chocolate mousse dessert was appropriately decadent. Noise level was quite high; I would think twice about bringing someone with poor hearing.

Absolutely wonderful. The service was fantastic. We were able to have a table right beside this wide open window window so it felt like we were outside even though there were no tables available on the outside. I’d highly recommend this place.
