Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West.     We were regulars until we moved to RI 5 years ago and jumped at the chance to meet friends there for our favorite crispy buffalo wings and pizza. If anything the pizza was better than we remembered the crust was ever so slightly thinner and cooked to perfection. The wings ordered crispy but really weren’t. They needed more time in the pizza oven. Good not not great like we remembered. We got enough for leftovers and expect them to be amazing reheated in our air fryer today.

    GlenPharmer is truly exceptional. My husband and I dined there recently, and every bite and sip exceeded our expectations. We started with the hummus plate, which was outstanding, followed by complimentary focaccia bread with seasoned butter—simply fantastic. For drinks, we both enjoyed a Cape Cod mule. I ordered the seared scallops, which were melt-in-your-mouth perfection, served with corn salsa, asparagus purée, and caviar crema. These were easily the best scallops I’ve had in years. My husband opted for the smash burger, towering about six inches high, and it was just as amazing. For dessert, we indulged in the bombolinis—mini donuts filled with Bavarian cream—a perfect sweet treat. We also tried the dessert liqueur flight, which was the perfect finishing touch to an incredible meal. The service was excellent, and the ambiance—quiet, quaint, welcoming, and unique—made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to return!
