On the more expensive side for afternoon teas but certainly a better experience than most. Service very good though we had to wait a couple of times for supplies to arrive. Food very good especially the gluten free option, which one of us had. No limit to replenishment but they couldn't provide us with a further supply of standard cakes as we had originally asked for the savoury option. All in all, very good.

Not as good as it usually is. Food service was patchy, lots of items failed to arrive and the wait for these items was long and required asking staff again. The table we were allocated was not relaxing, staff constantly bustling past on all sides. Shame as we love this place for tea and go at least twice a year. Hopefully it will be back to its splendid best soon.

I’ve done many high teas in London (including at Sketch, the Ritz, Mad Hatter) and this was by far the best. The service is great and the staff really want to make it a special experience. When you think tea & tradition, you think Fortnum’s! I will recommend no other place when anyone asks where to do tea in London

Went to have afternoon tea on Saturday, the food was good, however, the services were poor. Difficult to get attention from any waiters or waitresses. Also, we takeaways some desserts and the waiter just put everything in the bag, so it was all messed up and cant really have it at home...

The salon is beautiful, tables are well spread out. The choice of teas was spectacular and the cakes were delicious. The scones were warm, crisp in the outside and soft in the centre with clotted cream and jam. Quite heavenly. Service was discreet and very helpful what a wonderful special occasion!

It was an experience to try on my list and was overall deceived! Way to pricey for what they presented! Sweet extremely sweet! Paid for rare tea and got 2 different ones without any taste so stick with the general one, don’t pay for rare teas, not worth it!

One of the best afternoon teas I have had. Staff were polite and attentive. Service and food was great. We were asked if we wanted extra of any of the food and food options and portions were very good. Would definitely recommend and would do it again! We came for my sisters birthday and staff had brought out a cake with a candle which was a great touch, so welcoming!

the enviorment is nice but the service here is quite terrible, the management should be improved a lot!! highly not recommond any visitors come due to it’s pricey but without comapreable service, totally not worth this price. Any staff approach table until we stand up to call them, nither when we arrive nor we finished our dishes. Tea is good but foods just normal.

Afternoon Tea was lovely. The Diamond Jubilee Tea Room provides the perfect ambiance. The food and tea were delicious. I had the afternoon blend and the vanilla nougat. The coronation chicken sandwich was especially tasty. The only disappointment was our service. Although we were happy to relax and enjoy our time, the overall attentiveness and timing could use improvement. Regardless, our experience is one that will remain with my daughter and me for a long time as one of the best parts of our visit to London. Make time for the experience, and save time to browse and shop at Fortnum and Mason after tea. Their customer service is top notch!

Arrived a few minutes late due to bad traffic in the area. Waited a few minutes to be seated which was a bit annoying but once seated we were very impressed with the service and food. The waiter was excellent and offered us extra sandwiches and cakes which was very welcomed and then boxed up the remaining food in our table plus an extra slice of cake to take home.

We had afternoon tea. Our server was condescending and the service was extremely slow. Guests who arrived after us were served well before we were served. Talking to him was very awkward.

He brought two plates of desserts for three of us. We shared those and asked him to bring the third serving of only two of the desserts. He seemed to disapprove when we asked him to include them in our “to go” container. We should have received three of each dessert from the beginning rather than be told by our server that we should try them before eating anything else so that we could decide whether we wanted the third serving which of course we paid for even though they were not served to us.

The food was excellent. The tea room exquisite.

It was our first real afternoon tea and i have always imagined how nice it would be. So during this stay in london we have finally booked it. It was all very nice but i‘ve missed a little something for that price. Maybe the atmosphere got a bit lost because of so many tables? But we have enjoyd it a lot. Thanks for a great service
