Frankie's Fellini Cafe is open daily for lunch and dinner.
Made reservations. Took 30 minutes to get a seat. Kitchen was backed up . Only seat was at bar. Flies around the bread station. Food is always good, but should only wait no more than 15 minutes with reservations. Took at least one half hour to get a salad from the time we sat down.I do not think reservations are honored. Have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately, will not return.
The food at Frankie's is always outstanding. Best Italian food on the Main Line in my opinion.
Food & Service are always consistent and awesome. Kudos & Thanks to Frankie for an outstanding dining experience on every visit.
Soooo overcrowded! And they continued to try to add more tables. Difficult to get in and out because tables were approximately 2 feet apart.
Food and service very good, the veal was excellent. Restaurant is very small and it was booked to capacity so dining tables extremely tight. The waitresses were very accomodating and pleasant to the crowd especially considering the lack of space.
Amazing as always!!!!
We love this restaurant. The food increadable. This is my go to Italian Restaurant!
I took my daughter to Frankie's Fellini Cafe on a Sunday evening. We had reservations and were seated pretty promptly. There is no hostess stand, but it was clear that the person behind the bar was the one directing things. It took a while to get menus and to get our wine opened (BYO), but the servers were friendly. I had recently eaten at the Fellini Cafe in Newtown Square, so expected equally delicious food. Unfortunately, both of us found our meals to be on the bland side. Not bad, just not as good as we expected.
Awesome find, amazing food, amazing service!!They make you feel just like you’re part of the family! Highly recommend!!
Alway a great dinner at Frankie's Fellini Cafe in Berwyn
Great food. Huge portions.
Everything seemed fresh and cooked to perfection. Had an appetizer special of grilled romaine that was out of this world.
Great Family run restaurant. Food prepared perfectly to order.
I had the meatball italiano salad. It was outstanding!!!
As always amazing food and service.
Always a great meal; never disappoints.
It was good
Food was scrumptious, as always, and service was outstanding. One in our party celebrated a birthday and Valerie went above and beyond! Looking forward to going back soon!
FFC has phenomenal food. Bring your own bottle of wine (or more) and let them serve you some authentic Italian food. The guys really enjoyed the veal options and the pasta was delicious.
Typically I go for dinner and the food is just wonderful. Yesterday at lunch it was just ok and for the price, it should be better than just ok.
Best meal ever. We like to sit at the counter.
Outstanding food and service! The best Italian restaurant in the Philadelphia suburbs.
Went and dined alone on a Monday night after an exhausting work day. BYOB is a plus and was able to have a glass of wine w dinner. Had the grilled octopus appetizer and the sea scallops in a spicy Fra Diavolo main entree. Nice friendly owner, polite staff, great food!
Very friendly and familial atmosphere. The food was good!
Best Italian in philly
Frankies is always consistent. Guaranteed a good meal every time, with good reasonably priced food. Huge portions too. They have the best Lasagna I have ever had, however everything I’ve gotten from them has always been delicious.
Great home cooked Italian original
Amazing as always!!!!
Food is good. Typical Italian fare. Lots of red sauce options. Service was OK- server seemed overworked and stressed out. While taking our orders, he actually paused several times to observe other tables, bus boy, etc. Bus boy and girl bringing bread and refilling water glasses were working so hard. My biggest concern? Tables are so close together and having a conversation is difficult with a larger party and table. Also, the guy seated behind us was SO LOUD thoughout the entire meal. We were actually praying for his food to arrive so he would shut up. It didn't help- he just yelled and acted obnoxious with a mouth full of food. Overall, food is good and priced accordingly.
The restaurant is small, people are really close, being a small restaurant the noise of people talking is loud. I don't like being also, on top of another dinner. The Mussel was very good, but my meal was so so, My ladyfriend's meal was good for her. I don't recommend restaurants to other people, I only talk about my experience at the restaurants
Saturday night date night. Hadn’t been to Frankies in Berwyn for awhile—always as good as ever!! A fun, noisy local place that is always consistent.
Fantastic food and great service, thank you for taking such great care of us Valerie!!
A great neighborhood restaurant. The food is always good and hot, the staff is friendly and there is generally a nice buzz. Frankie is a character too.
Amazing food and service
Absolutely wonderful as always!!!
Best Italian home cooking in Philly. Better than South Philly hands down. !!!
The meatballs were amazing. I found the remaining food uninspiring and somewhat flavorless. The linguine with clams had no garlic, and the calamari was spicy without any zest.
Outstanding food, specials, and service!
