Celebrated with my boyfriend for his birthday, the food was unbelievable, wasn't expecting such large portions, so there was quite bit left over but could not fault it. Would highly recommend. Quite expensive but if its for a special occasion why not. Will defo return. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Brilliant brilliant brilliant For the new goers this is my recommendation Starters: guacamole - only order prawn crackers, fried squid, tuna ceviche, seabass croquettes, grilled prawn skewers. In Dubai or Abudhabi also order burrata and octopus. Main: sea bream, salmon and seabass iron pot - mixed with rice. Dessert: corn sundae MoreOpenTable Diner -

Had a great meal, lovely friendly attentive service. Good atmosphere, busy restaurant and we where seen to quickly. Great selection of food. Food arrived in very good time, was delicious and large options. Great cocktails. Frozen margarita was very good. No room for desert as very full! May not get starter next time so can look at the desert menu! Thanks, MoreOpenTable Diner -
We went for an experience at Story for a birthday celebration. It was no doubt an occasion we will remember for a long time! The detail to service was great, from the letter addressed to the birthday girl, to the way everyone's plate at the table was placed down at the same time - it was an experience I would recommend. I would also like to point out that the desserts there were my favourite part of the meal, especially because there was so much variety and everything was edible! Do bear in mind that with this paced out tasting menu, your lunch easily turns into a 3 - 4hr activity! MoreOpenTable Diner -

Having been situated here on Lant Street since the nineteenth century (with a rebuild in the ’20s), "The Glad" is named after four-time former prime minister William Gladstone and even gets a mention in ‘The Pickwick Papers’ as Charles Dickens once lived on the same road.
