Never disappointed with Gordon Ramsey. Had a fabulous lunch with my girlfriend. We had scallops and ravioli as our starters. Amazing flavours. Unusually we both had same main, of turbot, beautifully executed. The service was impeccable and after our meal, we were privileged to have a tour of the kitchen. I’ve left a glowing review on Trip Advisor already and that review was written almost immediately after dining here. I cannot fault The Five Fields. The cuisine is exciting, creative, innovative and intensely pleasing. Food is not just extremely well-cooked, but beautifully presented - a veritable feast for the eyes. The chef is daring and not afraid to experiment with bold flavours and textures, all of which work marvellously. Canapes, amuses bouches, pre-desserts and petit fours enhanced our dinner. The wine list is impressive The staff are delightful-efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Exactly the correct space was given between courses. The dining room is charming, relaxing and our whole experience was excellent. This was a great experience and, as I have already said, I cannot fault it. It is a truly wonderful place to dine.
