The food and service was very good and good value for money. Only thing was that my husband found 2 chicken bones in his chicken salad starter. He ate all of it and left the bones on the plate.I'm sure the waiter saw them when he cleared the plate but we didn't mention them and neither did he. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Now in its 29th year, The Last Wine Bar & Restaurant is a real Norwich institution. Housed in a former Victorian shoe factory (hence the name - there is a collection of shoe lasts), there are three distinct eating areas: the buzzy bar, the cosy downstairs, and the relaxed and informal restaurant; the same menu is available in all three.
The food is modern, honest and largely locally-sourced, and you can choose from bar, set and a la carte menus, all of which are regularly updated.
There are around 60 carefully-chosen wines available, with more than two-thirds offered by the glass or carafe. Alongside the classics are the unusual and the esoteric; you are encouraged to Drink Different.
As well as the food and wine, the longevity of the Last is down to its unrivalled, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The relaxed ambience has inspired a loyal following across nearly three decades; Norwich without The Last is unthinkable.More

At The Westleton Crown, we are passionate about the quality of our food. If there are two words to describe the food, they would be 'hearty' yet 'sophisticated'.
Head Chef, James Finch, and his highly skilled team pride themselves on their imaginative and varied menus which have earned us a 2 AA Rosette restaurant award, as well as a considerable reputation.
All of our meals are prepared on the premises, using the finest, freshest ingredients and local suppliers wherever possible. The same level of care goes into the preparation, whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a simple lunchtime snack, a relaxed meal with friends, indulgent dinner or traditional Sunday roast. Our breads are baked daily in the kitchen; the soups, pâtés and all of our delicious desserts are home-made – even the ice cream.
Our menus are perfectly complemented by an extensive and sophisticated wine list or maybe our selection of real ales.
We look forward to you dining with us soon.More
