    Really nice ambience. Enjoyed the food - Chateaubriand was tender and tasty. The drinks were great and quite impressive too! We had a really nice experience here.

    I went to Gaucho with my family and for my father's birthday. The food was good - rump steak was cooked beautifully and the mac and cheese side was great. I had scallops to start but the chilli over-powered the dish. Service was good, however, we had a major issue with the bill. More than £90+ was added to our total, despite us not ordering those items. There was 6 of us so luckily we checked the long bill otherwise we would have been paying a significant amount more if we had trusted it was all correct. I thought that was slightly unprofessional and careless. Besides that it was good.

    We had the Argentinian Beef Bar experience with wine pairing. The service was incredible, we were not expecting to have our own private chef for the night! Domingo was lovely and it was wonderful to be looked after by someone so passionate about his craft. Would recommend the experience wholeheartedly and it was great value too.

    2nd visit to a Gaucho, and my experience was just as fantastic. Service from entering to leaving was highly professional, all staff knew what there riles were and the food and drink was faultless. Pricey but you get what you pay for and if you are cwlwvthere is no place better.

    Great restaurant with fresh fab decor, although I think the lighting in the toilets need be be turned up and pose difficulty for the visually impaired. No need for such low mood lighting in a toilet! Very attentive staff and overall great meeting place for a get together.

    We took the special steak experience with the cook and it was amazingly good. The chef was very nice and the dishes really had a personal touch and we learned quite a few things about how to cook a steak. Courses were paired with nicely chosen wine and meat was excellent. Also, very good value for money.

    Terrible quality of steaks, very poor. Burned, not at all enjoyable and full of fat. Finding gaucho has gone hugely downhill in most restaurants.

    Amazing beef bar experience with Domingo our own personal chef! We had it with the matched wines which were all delicious. I would highly recommend this experience for any celebration. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and Domingo he is an amazing chef and a very special person.

    The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Michael (waiter) explained the menu and gave recommendations. At the end, the manager even surprised us with a dessert and “happy birthday” message & candle. Very lovely evening. We will definitely be back

    Disappointing to still be waiting for our drinks 30 mins after being seated. The rest of our service was equally poor even though the restaurant wasn’t full and other staff were definitely on top of things. Ruined the evening and it even took 20 mins to get the bill!

    We had the Argentinian tasting menu, which the chef Domingo prepared for us. He was charming, passionate, and attentive to our requirements. The food was brilliant but Domingo made the experience memorable. Recommend you go for the Domingo “tasting experience “!

    It was my first time dinning at Gaucho and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Right from the beginning a lovely hostess welcomed us and directed us downstairs to the main restaurant. We were then served by Ruth who was very attentive and kind. She recommended us some amazing dishes! The food was delicious, particularly the shrimp ceviche so well done to the kitchen staff! The food took long to come, but it was all worth it in the end! Working in hospitality for many years I know the hard work behind doors, so to see how all the staff remained with a positive attitude during a busy service was amazing! Thank you for the great experience Gaucho!

    The steak and the food was fine. The service very courteous. As to be expected. However, we didn´t get the complimentary desserts that was a part of the booking. Didn´t seem to be the right time to ask for it. It was not a big deal but a bit disappointing though.
