Enjoy (weekly changing) free flowing wine, a weekly revolving steak menu featuring different, delicious cuts of meat all for £60 per person. Includes bottomless, red white or rose from selected wines on the day.

This menu is available for advanced reservation and walk ins. One drink per person, at any one time. Wine is served by the 175ml glass. This offer is valid for the duration of a 90-minute dining period. The first portion of steak is served as 300g. Guests are then permitted to only order in increments of 100g per person. The whole table must take part in bottomless beef & bottle. We operate a responsible drinking policy.

Gorgeous lemon steaks and accompanying veggies. Impressed that we were able to order desserts from the lunchtime menu, despite it being early evening. And very impressed with the Happy Birthday plate of truffles on my special occasion.

I’ve found Gaucho to be a little hit and miss in the past but this occasion was fantastic. Friendly, professional service and perfect cuts of meat. Cocktails were lovely too but wine seemed a little over priced, £39 for a carafe of average red.

Wonderfully welcoming from the first drinks downstairs to the meal area upstairs, all the staff are fantastic. The food is as excellent as expected, with knowledgeable staff able to make spot on recommendations, on both food and wine.

We arrived at 5.15 for 5.30 booking
We were told our table wasn’t ready so would we like to have a drink in the bar- which we were happy to do.
The bar was not full at all but all tables had used glasses in them so we cleared the glasses to another table and sat down
The bar service was slow
At 5.45 we asked if our table was ready ( now 15 minutes later than we had booked)
We were told yes and to go upstairs.
Once we got upstairs the restaurant was less than half full - so how our table wasn’t ready at 5.30 we’re not sure.
The food was great ..the service very poor - very dismissive, uninterested and generally made us feel we were being annoying actually being in the restaurant
Very disappointed, especially given the prices we were paying
At least the food was good!

We went for a meal before the boxing, so obviously with time restrictions. The steak was over done, but I didn’t have time to change it . Was asked if we wanted water, never got it . Had to asked another waiter where our drinks were and also had to ask someone else for the bill. Service was poor

best fillet steak I’ve had, the knowledge of the waiter Mattczeck on the steaks was 10/10. I was actually one hour late for my table and they welcomed me and told me no problem we will get you seated. I will definitely be going again with friends

First time going and my experience couldn’t of been more perfect for mine and my partners anniversary.. we were also surprised with an anniversary pudding which was so lovely and tasted lush!

Gauchos is my absolute favourite restaurant to dine at however, Gaucho o2 is not one I will be returning to. The service we received from the waitress was completely unprofessional and the first time I have experienced any member of staff at Gauchos to be argumentative with their customers. The negative attitude we received was from the moment we sat down and progressively got worse whilst we were there. We were there to celebrate a birthday and with the type of service we received it definitely affected the atmosphere of our celebrations.
The manager Manuel attempted to salvage our evening when we were settling the bill, but by this point our dining experience had already been ruined.
The service we normally receive from Gauchos I can never fault, every time I have been to a Gauchos restaurant, whether in London or Manchester the staff are always very kind, professional and always go over and above to make sure their customers are satisfied. Unfortunately, this is not the type of service we received at Gaucho o2.

We can’t thank Gaucho O2 enough for a lovely meal, my wife has food allergies and they had no issue working around them and her meal was delicious. They made our 16th Wedding Anniversary really special.

Having used gauchos for the best part of ten years, both me and my wife where little disappointed.
The waiter was excellent helping our daughter with choices.
The food and the rest of the experience lacked something.

The menu is not as good as it was and the cocktail choice is not as good.

Steak was overcooked, which at a place like this shouldn't happen, especially if you are paying £40 for a steak. Our waiter Alfa was amazing and tried to make up for it, but disappointing experience nonetheless. Wouldn't go again.

Food not value for money. Wowcher deal
a rip off, no steak on menu. £4.50 for a diluted orange juice and £5.00 for chips.
There are far better steak restaurants with fantastic steaks and food that are much better value for money.
Wowcher deal for 2 was £39 but didn’t include any sides and no steak on the menu. Portions were more like taster size. Definitely not value for money. Disappointing.

Purposely booked a 19.00 in order to benefit from set menu deal I hade seen on line. Got to O2 Gaucho to be told this did not apply at this branch. This should have been clearer on Gaucho website.

We have eaten at many steak specialist restaurants including Gaucho at Hampstead.

Though the service and wine was very good at O2, food was below usual standard and therefore not good value for money.

We had rump which was “chewy” and I had a fillet that had 2 pieces of unedible fat / gristle. I’ve never know a fillet to have any fat on it. Chips were unimpressive and disappointing however the broccoli was good.

My guess is as this particular Guachos is “catering to the masses”, food quality is less good than smaller restaurants serving “regulars”

We could have had better quality food for less money at other O2 restaurants.

Unfortunately served some very suspect prawns which the staff said had been defrosted that day. The staff handled it very well but hate to think what would have happened if the kids had eaten one....

We were seated in a room by ourselves even though there was plenty of room in the main restaurant with its buzzing atmosphere. The food was nice but not worth what was paid for it.

My husband and I went to Gaucho for his birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff were all great, but we need to specifically mention Mark who looked after us all night and was outstanding. The food was absolutely incredible, and the cocktails were delicious too. We can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing service and the roast was lovely. Service could not be faulted, our host was super friendly and attentive. My one criticism would be the menu says unlimited Yorkshire puddings and we were only given one and were not offered anymore. We didn’t feel comfortable asking. That was a little disappointing but it was a lovely meal out and would definitely recommend

Large group of males shouting swearing and breaking glasses.
Poor service.
Food not worth the money, steak not cooked as asked.
Can definitely get a better steak for cheaper or the same price.
Over priced food, and the overall experience was also poor.
