Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.
This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

Beautiful all that’s needed to say amazing for great staff
Beautiful food. Service that cannot be faulted. Steak was cooked to request and would definitely recommend. Attended on a Saturday night so quite noisy, but otherwise a lovely meal, cannot fault.
Delicious food and a very attentive waiter. A lovely evening had by all!
An anniversary and had such a wonderful evening. Food was impeccable! Staff were lovely and the ambience was beautiful. I shall be returning.
Beautiful décor in a fab location. Great food and service too !
Nice meal, great steaks, good service. Restaurant is a little crowded with buggies and things in the way of tables. Downstairs not as atmospheric as upstairs. Bar is too small for pre dinner cocktails...go somewhere else beforehand.
As we turned up to the venue we was pleasantly greeted by the door staff and reception, we went up to the 3rd floor and seated, we were the first people to be seated in the room which we didn’t mind a waiter came up and asked if we wanted still or sparkling water so we asked for still and then we didn’t have any response from the staff other people were seated and asked the same question and given the water within seconds but we was left sat waiting then people near us were shown a board of meat 15 minutes into waiting for our water we didn’t end up getting the water until I asked a waiter for it who then passed the blame saying it wasn’t his fault and we need to speak to someone else, 5 minutes later a waiter came over who then poured the water as if he was annoyed splashing it on the table and when someone asked us what we wanted to eat we didn’t really know so he asked if we’d seen the board and we was unaware of what it was so we said no so he applogied and went to get it but by doing so left oil on the table. Once we had our starters the night went brilliantly but until that point it was as if we didn’t have a waiter and was forgotten
Very nice restaurant .lovely steaks . Very good serice
Very attentive and helpful staff, delicious food and great portion size! Enjoyed the wine too. Final bill was around £30 less than I had breached myself for! Thanks!
This was the second time we came to the restaurant. Although it was very busy I do understand.
The server delayed to come and take our order and served 4 other tables who had come after us.
He didn't explain the menu at all or did he aak if we had been before, lucky we did know the menu and to select from the wine menu too!
Everthing was perfect though.
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Gorgeous steaks, very attentive staff.
Went for a valentine’s meal, service was good food was excellent
I couldn’t recommend Gaucho enough, the staff are so knowledgeable about the menus and they are very friendly. Great for dinner or a fun brunch!
Viandes excellentes, service très bon, très bon accueil.
J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain passage à Londres.
Very fast very clean and we both had a very good night
They have so many customers that they've just stopped trying. Reservation was in my name yet the waitresses completely ignored me and suggested that my date was going to order for us.
Waitress was rude , unfriendly and stand-off ish . The food and Ambiance however saved its grace !
Great food and service. The noise levels were quiet. But the tables are a bit small and the lack of windows on the 2nd floor makes the overall experience a bit claustophobic. Would recommend Gaucho but maybe another one of their restaurants with more natural lighting and an open feeling.
Valentines dinner - amazing evening!
Excellent meal on Valentine’s Day. Great service, food and ambiance.
Fantastic service , the waitress brought out a wooden board with different cuts of steak. Me and my girlfriend had the fillet it was amazingly cooked - medium rare.
Exquisite, wonderful, amazing food with exceptional service from our waiter Cipiran, I would highly recommend.
First time at Gaucho and it didn't disappoint. I had a budget of £250 as it was valentines, but saw that there was a three course deal for £25! (I spent the rest on decent red wine! The choice was great, the fillet Lomo melted in the mouth and the portions were so great that I couldn't finish! SO IMPRESSED! The staff were also lovely and new the menu inside out and were more then happy to reccomened.
I went with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, we were seated promptly, the staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. We both had the steak which my dining companion said was the best steak he ever had and we’ve tried a fair few. Our waiter ever showed us the different steaks to help choose which one (we went for the chorizo/sirloin) It was a little noisy but it’s hardly their fault there was a crying toddler. Only “negative” feedback would be that the tables are quite close but it was very easy to keep a conversation private. Overall I would highly recommend especially the steaks and the side portions (we shared three between the two) are fantastic, loved the chips very flavoursome.
We have eaten here a couple of times but this time they got rid of their marinades which is a mistake. We were not made to feel welcomed. It was an inconvenience for everyone because we brought our 2 year old son even though he napped the entire time. Asked for the check at the end and to take some stuff to go But it was too much trouble for the staff. I apologized to the manager at the end for being an inconvenience and he forgave me so that’s nice. They need training in management and customer service. If you’re looking for a good dining experience with your child go elsewhere. Left my take away there because the manager couldn’t even offer me a bag to put it in.
Excellent steaks as usual.
Horrendous service, so disappointed, was not the experience I had at Tower Bridge 3 years ago and sadly will not be visiting Gouchos again.
Had a super evening at Gaucho Piccadilly with my family of five. Great service and the best meat experience! Going back for sure!
Amazing restaurant, the service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Had a wonderful night
We can’t stop eating at Gaucho!
Wonderful flavours great cocktails & wines
Obviously we love the Steaks 🥩
Brilliant customer service from the staff members.
See you again very soon 👍💖
Nice dinner with some relatives
Poor service, sat right next to the service area and the food was cold
Wonderful. The food and drink there are fantastic. I let them know I was going to propose and they were superb. They couldn't do enough and even offered us more (free) champagne to say congratulations. Always been great there in the past and when I needed them to deliver on this again, they did.
The service was excellent and we enjoy the ambience at Gaucho. The food was as expected with nice steaks (we had rib-eye). We had the Trapiche Malbec wine which was very nice. Just before ordering we were asked to move table so that a large party could be accommodated. It was done very politely and we ended up in a nicer table, so a win-win solution.
We went there on a Friday evening. We were greeted and directed to the 2nd floor. Our Waiter Marcus was excellent throughout the evening. The steaks we had we cooked exactly to our specification. This is the best Gaucho restaurant I've been to, Bishopsgate and Canary Wharf are good but not as much as Piccadilly.
The steak was incredible and the service was brilliant.
Food is good, great meat, sides are fantastic
Service was terrible. Table not ready on time, server was patronizing our wine choices and was slow and ignoring our signs.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service staff were helpful and friendly.
Ok good. Good service. Value debatable, but unsurprising when location factored in.
