Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.
This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

Amazing food, best steak I have eaten in London. 10/10 would return! Amazing staff and customers made to feel extremely welcome! Overall great restaurant, worth every penny! Made our last night in London very special!
Main dish was not that much delicious as expected.
The meat was cooked perfectly. The service was good, nice decoration.
The only thing we didnt enjoy was the noise, a bit noisy.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant
Amazing as always. Beautiful steak, great atmosphere
The decoration was awful. Service was just below average. The waiter doesn’t even know what meat goes with which herb.
Overrated, It’s sad, it’s bad and it’s really waste of time and money. I cannot wait for NusrET to open.
Won’t recommend to anyone.
Amazing food and service. However slightly on the expensive side which is no problem but I have to say it was the best steak I’ve had!!
Love this restaurant! Service (wait staff and maitre d') is excellent, our steaks were perfectly cooked and the cocktails were delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable ( there were 6 of us - had a magnum of red wine and one or two *12* cocktails, mains and desserts for under £100 each inc. service.
Amazing steak and customer service. Highly recommend to couples/friends. Not great for young families.
Expensive but the steak was amazing and good wine. A real treat.
Good food and excellent staff! Very helpful and sharp. Very friendly as well.
Late to sit down, weren't served for the first 25 minutes into our 90 minute brunch, after 1 hour and with 2 drinks and 1 plate of food we left without paying.
Service was slow, ambience —very noisy room. Meat was tasty
Dinner for 5. Good value at £35 per person with the offer. Food is fresh and well presented. My only issue was the table. I even asked for a nice table and they placed us right next to a very busy throughfare, people coming and going from a kitchen is not good ambiance.
Service was awful. It is very obvious the value of their tip is dependent on the bill. When we told them we didn’t drink and that my wife and I would be sharing, the whole countenance of our waiter changed. Was all downhill from there as if we didn’t matter. Steak was dry and carrots were not done. Would not recommend.
Not good for anything that isn't steak.
I took my husband here as a treat, I don't eat red meat and had the fish. It wasn't fresh and I didn't feel I could complain as the service was so slow and cold.
My husband liked the steak though, do not go if you eat anything else though...
We have visited before and been happy but on this occasion very disappointed. Mostly poor service and confusion over food order and food not being hot.
The scallop starter was extremely salty and the chicken was tasteless.
Extremely enjoyable meal. Have visited Gaucho at the O2 and Piccadilly was much better. Light and airy.
Disappointed compared to previous visits. Had to wait quite a while for our prebooked table despite there being many tables available. Service slow and not particularly friendly. Steak tough and we weren’t asked how the food was/if we were enjoying/had enjoyed our meal. We stated it was for a birthday and the usual desert and candle didn’t appear. Left feeling disappointed and wallet considerably lighter.
On arrival we chose to go straight to our table and not the bar first. We were told our waiter would be with us very soon. Initially we were very disappointed as nobody came to our table to ask if we wanted a drink. 10 minutes later I went over to ask two waiters if somebody could please get us a drink as we had been waiting. From then on our service was absolutely excellent so I have still rated outstanding having forgiven the initial hiccup.
Friendly, happy to give advice, knowledgable and efficient service. Our waiter was superb.
Great experience. We will return
It was our children’s first Gaucho experience before we went to a Show. We all loved it and they want to return soon
I booked 3 set menu with a complementary glass of brut and they didn't give it to me. So what the point put the offer on open table?!
Plus the waiter charge me 2 set menu instead 3.. If it was like this I will had orderd some dessert from a la carte.. Staff very rude and no professional.
Wonderful experience. Birthday celebration made special. Great food and great service.
Truly excellent food and attentive yet unobtrusive service. A little noisy for us but not mentioned by the younger members in our party. Went for a set of birthdays in one part of our family; the other half have now ‘suggested’ a further visit of which they can be a part.
Great food and fair price. The service was professional and efficient
Was ok probably a bit hyped and was not good value for money
However if you are a meat eater then you might love it
We both had the set menu 3 courses, there could be more choice with the starters and deserts.
Mains were 10/10
Great service, efficient and very friendly. Really enjoyed it.
Unfortunately Gaucho didn’t live up to the hype. This was my first time and probably my last. I can not fault the staff, they were excellent, however the food was too salty. We have both the sirloin and the ribeye both were salty along with chips which were too salty and a small salad that consisted of lettuce leaves sweet white onion and the smallest bit of avocado. Not worth the money. The £29 Malbec was the best thing about the place. Sorry but it’s a No from me and my date. Gaucho needs to up its game.
I love gaucho as a chain and would recommend a different branch however the Piccadilly one felt very much like it was just churning customers through, we felt rushed and the tables were squeezed together with a feeling of little exclusivity. For a decent price and brilliant food however the setting cannot live up to that of the Edinburgh branch which we found outstanding. The service was mediocre and felt like a budget restaurant, very disappointed by the experience as it was clear Staff were expected to cover more than they could handle and everything was rushed.
Unfortunately this did not live up to my expectations. I’ve visited gaucho in Birmingham and the experience was so much better. My steak was not cooked correctly, which is shocking really considering that it’s a steak restaurant.
I did send it back and 5-9 minutes later I had a half a steak back. Shame that by this time my partner had finished. The manager was sympathetic to the situation and removed my steak from the bill. I did appreciate this, however it slightly spoilt what I was hoping was going to be an unforgettable evening.
For valentines it was a romantic dinner in a great atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service was relaxed as they didn’t rush you......superb!
What an amazing steak! Simple as!
The steak was wonderful and as much as I try to highlight areas of improvement for the restaurant I come back to how good the steak was each time.
A great meal
Lovely food if advise to get the long steak can't remember wat it's called but its been marinated in garlic and it was amazing well worth the 50 pound
One of the best restaurants I have been to hands down!
Excellent Lomo steak and the side dishes of mushromms and spinach were very good.
Service a little slow
Restaurant was lovely for our Valentine’s Day date. The food was all delicious. Accommodated my note for the special occasion. Waiter was excellent. General staff could be friendlier.
