Lovely food, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere.
We had a lovely lunch celebrating my partners birthday. The food was excellent but the service really made the difference. We were incredibly well looked after and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
It was good however the burrata was not burrata. It was a ball of solid mozzarella!
Disappointing not up to usual standards, service lacking attentiveness
The quality throughout this restaurant is phenomenal. From the cuisine to the service, I can not fault it. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.
Lovely staff and the best experience because they made our anniversary very special.
love this restaurant would definitely come back any time
The lady serving us with blonde hair (I think her name was Elsa) was amazing! She made our night so special!
Too much noise, waited a lot for the food but it was worth it, will definitely come back again
Lovely atmosphere great tasty food great service and Evening
Was nice and very good
Ribeye steak was poor, certainly the worst I’ve had in the more premium London steakhouses. On the tough side, dry, more gristle than you would expect. The room and service were good, but you come to a steakhouse for the meat. I’ve visited Gaucho since the time it was a small basement place and this is my worst meal by some way.
Fantastic lunch which turned into evening drinks. Food up to the usual standard and the service was impeccable. Lots of laughs with the waitress and would recommend a visit
The service was amazing, waitress who was serving us was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely we will come back and recommend to friends!
Was an amazing experience! Food was delicious! The tartare with beetroot and avocado 🥑 was delightful!
Natalia the hostess was really welcoming and Sebastiano the waiter who was attending me was really attentive.
The Sunday roast exceed expectations! Will definitely be making a regular visit to Guachos for it. Desserts were a little disappointing but overall great experience
Fantastic first trip back to London made 100x better by a great experience at Gaucho Piccadilly. Staff were friendly, Covid measures thorough but subtle, food fantastic and I'm 4 months pregnant but REALLY fancied steak and chips for the last few weeks. I thought I might be disappointed having to have it well done but this was the best it could have been! Thanks Gaucho- we will be back!
Grand style, wonderful waiter shame he only gets 45% of the tip
Best Steak I have tasted, Everything was cooked to perfection, It was very busy but the food came quickly and Hot,
Very disappointed with our meal. After booking the table in advance, we were seated 45 minutes late. The waiter was good however between the starter and main course there was a further 30 minute wait.
The bread options have changed and we’re very dry, food generally ok but steak was over cooked.
The service was shocking. Once we’d sat down it took 20 mins for a waiter to come over and ask if we wanted a drinks menu and my boyfriend had to call him over for him to come. Also we got over charger for some shots and had to send back some chips due to them being ridiculously salty
It was an excellent offer. We absolutely enjoyed the evening and loved the food. The setting was beautiful. We will keep an eye on future offers.
Go to the Gaucho on Charlotte Street instead much more consistent food and service.
Food and drink service was impossibly slow and food was either over cooked or undercooked.
We sat at 7 and didn't leave until 1130 because every drink took 15 mins and food took over an hour.
Service was Impeccable. Food was lovely and the restaurant was a lovely place to eat.
It was my friends bday and the staff made her feel so special. They even gave us free drinks and starter!
Pretty average - there are better steak restaurants in London at and even below this price point. The waiting staff were helpful, but felt a bit rushed. Steak quality was average - there are some excellent independent steak places that serve much better quality meat for the money.
Waiter brought out a 300g steak when I'd ordered a 500g steak. He knew he'd got it wrong when he came over as he came over to us apologising. I'd have preferred that he just sorted it before he brought us the steak.
Wouldn't go back and instead will eat steak a the independent places.
Restaurant interior is nice however the seats (PU Leather swivel chairs....) were uncomfortable. Maybe that's the ploy; make you uncomfortable so you don't hang around and they can get their table back?!
Gaucho has always been one of our favorite restaurants and was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and all COVID-19 protocols were observed.
Our waiter was such a pleasant guy and his service was brilliant.
To top off a very enjoyable evening, we were spoiled with a complimentary glass of bubbly & a sweet treat for her birthday.
Top class service from a top class restaurant.
Thank You Gaucho & See you guys very soon.
P.S - the food - I challenge you to find better steaks anywhere in London. Delicious is an understatement
It is definitely my favorite restaurant in London. The food is outstanding, the wine selection is unbelievable, wonderful atmosphere and the staff is just the best.
You wont find the quality of beef that this place has!.
Don't waist time ...just go, it worth every penny!
Amazing service (thank you Pasquale) and food was incredible! We will definitely be returning.
Great steak, but it too more than an hour to arrive and service was slow all night. It felt like some tables were prioritised over others
Steak is great but the Argentinian burger was very disappointing. The member of staff assigned to our table lacked warmth and seemed uninterested.
Excellent services to flexibly accommodate individual and specific requests from guests.
Had an amazing meal at Gauchos. It was excellentfood as well as excellent service. We were made to feel very comfortable by our waiter Sebastian who made sure all our needs were tended too! The food was outstanding with great proton sizes as well as great taste! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Srvice staff not aligned, took the order twice
Served red wine when the order was white
Super slow service, had to wait in berween dished unnecessarily
Great evening, really lovely steak, I can’t wait to go back.
Such a great experience, everything exceeded expectations
Great service. Great staff. Feel like I payed more than I should of done. Apart from that was a very lovely evening.
Absolutely brilliant food and service, highly recommended
I went there with my friends for lunch. We were sitted downstairs in a comfortable booth with nice big table. We had 3 course meal and The food was great and we had both vegetarian and steak option. Staff was attentive but not disturbing. We chatted a lot at when we got there but they gave us as much time as we needed to decide what we would like to order.
The staff were delightful, very tentative and friendly. The cocktails were delicious and the Tomero Malbec was reasonable and flavoursome. However the decor and food let this place down. The steak was ok, however the sides were very sub par. The carrots were under cooked & the chips were soggy. You can get a better steak meal elsewhere for half the price... I expected more.
