Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.

This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

    Restaurant was noisy and the music was not appropriate. To the venue. Its an upmarket steak restaurant and shoudl take itsself more seriously. Its not a club - the pounding funk music was out of sync.

    Gaucho Piccadilly has alwas been one of my favorit restaurants. The food is great and I want to come there again and again. Now, however, we had to wait to be served way to long. That ruined the atmosphere a lot.

    As usual great experience - unfortunately cannot recall the name of our waiter but very attentive and keen to provide recommendations from the menu. Perfect service, perfect food, usual place to hit when wanting to have a special steak dinner.

    We’ve been to gaucho several times, have always recommended to friends and even brought vouchers as presents as dining has always felt like a treat…. This is not the case anymore! As a group we feel like we were an inconvenience, despite not being busy we were seated on a tiny table where we were having to shuffle our plates and drinks constantly to be able to eat. Food sub standard - equivalent of a harvester at best! Over done chips, tasteless sides. It used to be a dining experience, now just feels like a fast food venue. I doubt we’ll return again and will be looking for a different steak restaurant to enjoy.

    Excellent meal booked through Open Table which somehow found a free table after being rejected on a direct call! There for the burger and it never disappoints.

    Food was good, however the service was poor. The reception did not greet us upon arrival. We asked for tab water but were given £4.95 bottled water. The waiter had attitude and was passive aggressive once we asked for the service charge to be removed and asked for table back, he also mumbled something under his breath and walked away.

    Alberto was our server, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, we couldn’t of asked for a better meal, and experience. It was my husbands birthday and Alberto made it for us. All other staff were also extremely friendly. And the steak … WOW! Highly highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat. 10/10 - 5⭐️

    Father’s Day visit. Took a ridiculous amount of time to receive our first drinks. Didn’t receive our champagne as part of our booking. Food was luke warm. 3rd drink took ridiculously long, again. Bathrooms had no toilet roll and weren’t clean. Door man was too busy talking with other customers and held the door shut until he was ready to open the door for them. Have dined here many times, will not be returning

    Birthday meal with children- service was thoughtful and considerate, food was delicious (humitas were slightly salty, but empanadas had a good kick of seasoning). We didn’t expect to spend our whole evening there. The staff were accommodating and generous with us which led to a memorable and pleasant night!

    it was disappointing that the kitchen made a mistake and gave us fillet instead of the chateaubriand. We acknowledge a reduction made to the bill but suspect the chateaubriand would have impressed us more. Service was very good, our waitress was very helpful

    This Gaucho is probably the worst out of all the chains, I do not recommend. Steak was great as usual however there was a HAIR in our starter & I was left to get my own cutlery from the cutlery counter. I won’t be returning to this chain. For a premium chain finding a hair in your food is unacceptable. I’ve had issues with this chain before I’ve been 5 times as it’s in a good location however this was the last straw, previously there has been a leaking ceiling on the first floor, cold food, they even forgot about us sitting outside while we were waiting for a table. Unacceptable.

    Me and my friends got asked for ID immediately, even though three weren’t drinking. Me and my other friend got ID’d once again, and then the waitress returned and asked for my friends ID again when we were at the table. Whilst I fully understand that staff can get in trouble for serving alcohol to underaged people, it really ruined the magic for us. Despite this, the birthday girl did get a birthday ‘cake’ which was a nice touch. But I wouldn’t recommend it , the food was mediocre at best, but our waitress was lovely.
