Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.

This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

    My whole experience at Gaucho Piccadilly was poor. I was expecting a bit more from such a lovely restaurant. I was celebrating my 40th birthday there and table was booked for 14 people. Apart from being warmed welcomed at reception desk, I was not offered anything special from restaurant. This was very disappointing. I was working 10 years in hospitality and have seen many birthday parties and I know what to expect. Unfortunately, not this time which is quite sad. Not even simple brownie with a candle! Apart from that service was very poor. Waiter seemed to be very busy and stressed. He avoided an eye contact when we tried to call him to orderore drinks. Food came very late, mains came without side orders( they arrived 20min later). Kids had to wait for their meal until we finished our sarters. My husband and his colleagues ordered expensive Whiskey and first round was what they've ordered and then bar people decided to give them something cheaper, thinking that they will not tell the difference, but they did. This was reported to the waiter, who then came back with new Drinks which tasted better. How weird is that. The only good think about this whole experience was that food was actually very tasty, so complements to the chef. We've spend there a lot of money (£ 1060 including service charge ) so I was expecting a bit more from you guys. Lastly and sadly will never be back and won't recommend you guys to my friends.

    A business lunch - we had the sea bass (excellent grilled and moist) and the burger (excellent according to my guest) followed by the most delicious cheesecake with cherry sauce. Would have given an overall five star rating on the food. The service was professional but over a 80 minutes lunch we had at least five different servers that meant that we had to be patient in order to get noticed. But we will be back.

    Service was fantastic , we were greeted by the team at the front desk who showed us to our table and offered to take our bags off our hands. The food was incredible, I recommend the churrasco lomo. Will definitely be coming back.

    We are visiting London for the first time and this was the first restaurant we chose to have dinner. The experience started out well, we were greeted warmly by the staff, but soon after ordering a large party arrived. We were then ignored. The waiter never came back to our table to check on us. If it wasn’t for the hostess, we would’ve never received a second order of drinks. Worst part - even though we were a party of 2, gratuity was automatically added to the bill and the bill was very expensive. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from the beautifully cooked steak to our fabulous server Bianca - everything was first class. A great way to spend a Monday lunch.

    Food was fantastic, the waitress who served us was so good, it would be perfect if their manager/supervisor put some smiles on his face, overall is good and recommend.
