Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.
This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

Very pleasant place, food amazing and the waiter, Rafael, simply outstanding. Really recommend that.
Staff were rushed and didn’t provide a comfortable service. A lot of menu items were sold out and no apology was given. Wouldn’t return
Beautiful restaurant and my assistant was the best you could ever ask for , so so polite and funny. Manuel , if you see this , I hope the best for you in life you’re an amazing person.
Had to ask 4 times for ketchup.. How hard can it be. Lovely food but not as attentive as I would have expected
Staff really friendly, lovely visit
We’ve asked medium rare, but it was cooked to much.
Unfortunately the quality has been poor, one the one hand the origin understandable as Gaucho is trying to reduce their cost and increase the profit to try and make up for all the lost time they spent closed. I have faced this in other restaurants since the reopening so it’s not Gaucho specific. I guess we will have to wait until restaurants make some profit and return the quality of their cooking and ingredients to where it used to be
Food and service were good, tables a little snug for complete comfort but ok.
Everything was delightful
Raphael was an excellent waiter (or first server lacked menu knowledge). Raphael recommendations were perfect and he charmed us both while making the birthday boy feel special
First time back in a restaurant since lockdown and it was wonderful. The service was great, we felt very safe and the food was marvellous
I've asked for a medium-rare steak but I got it cooked in three different points, most of it was rare, it was still tasty tho, but I was expecting more from an argentine steak house.
All the sides were really good and the steak is definitely a very quality one.
Great dinner- fantastic front of house staff and our server was brilliant!
Steak for the price and considering it’s a steak restaurant was mediocre, the Mac and cheese was tasteless
Extremely hectic. Had to wait 35 mins to be seated after my booking time. Then was put on a table that was leaning. I think the restaurant should avoid over booking. I was disappointed on my anniversary with my wife. Either way food was lovely and so were the cocktails!
There were lots of staff, all of who were very attentive so service was a dream.
The food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection, paired very well with an excellent Argentinian Pinot Noir and we finished of with cheese and digestifs.
It was everything that we were hoping for on the return of restaurants.
Firstly I'm a huge fan of Gaucho and would always recommend, but I'll be giving it a while before returning!totally understand after being shut for months, they are trying to recoup as much as they can back, but by doing so, they've turned it into as quick as you get one in, get them out and get the next one in!the food was outstanding but ruined by the rushed service, unable to order a desert or another drink as they needed the table turned around!surely if you have people ordering there should be a balance before getting the next table in!we'd barely stood up before the next table had replaced us and it showed in the waitors stressed approach to service!shame!!
Amazing food and service
loved it, great service, wonderful food& outdoor heaters.
Definitely recommend Gaucho! The steak is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had!
I had an Amazing time. All of of our concerns were heard . The cocktails we had were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I will definitely be back.
A bit chilly outside with no heater but great to escape lockdown.
Really lovely. Sat outside didn't feel cold it was welcoming and good value for money. Would go again!
Good outdoor seating, heaters and blankets supplied.
All the steaks arrived cold the staff where nice but overall the food quality was poor
1) They forgot the bread. Everybody around us, even that came in after us was being served.
2) When the mains came my steak had truffle butter on which the waitress noticed and took back and told me it wouldn't be long.
3) My daughter then cut into her steak which was cooked well done, this was then sent back to be cooked correctly. They also took mine back again so we could eat at the same time. They were also going to give us fresh sides.
4) When we finally got our steaks, approx 20 minutes later, mine was not cooked enough, it was raw, but after all the trouble I couldn't ruin my daughters day anymore. She was very hungry as we had waited over an hour for our lunch.
5) The sides were brought over one by one and by the time they were all available we had eaten our steaks.
6) The mash then came back with no truffle butter but was still on the bill.
7) Finally after asking for the bill, we was left waiting, as people came and left, for at least 15 minutes, then the same waiter came over and asked if I'd like the bill... we had been sat down for 2 hours now. I pointed out that I had asked him quite some time ago.
8) Just to add the table next to us ordered after us were served green beans, which is actually one of the sides I usually have, but I was told they didn't have any.
Two hours of mistakes and being ignored. Although I would like to say our first waitress was very apologetic and before the manager at the time left, he was also attentive regarding the errors.
Very disappointed. Our first restaurant out after lockdown for my daughters 16th birthday. Use to be her favourite place to eat.
Amazing service and delicious food. Obviously we can only eat outside at the moment. And Gaucho have fully prepared for this. We had blankets, heaters and was under cover.
Would certainly recommend Gaucho Piccadilly.
Food tasted very good but went cold quickly as the seating is outside. The only drawback
I arrived late due to being stuck in traffic, I called the restaurant but there was no answer from them at all. I was then refused service and told the restaurant would be closing soon. I waited for another table of friends who were there for over an hour after this had happened. I will never go back here and do not recommend the service. I was ignored several times by staff members looking at me as if I had ten heads while waiting to be served and given a table. Disgusting.
21st Birthday and the staff were incredible !!
Great food and great service. The set up felt covid secure.
Great food but terrible service. Our food eventually arrived over an hour after we had ordered and we seemed fairly invisible to staff. We did eventually manage to order dessert but gave up on coffee. Finally received the bill on our third attempt... the final waiter was however very apologetic... maybe they just need some time to get back into the swing of things post lockdown but we won't be returning any time soon.
Maybe heat plates up food cold really quickly .
Overall always love it here great service food and wine
Nice outdoorunxh experience. Try the smoking gun cocktail
I booked on open table with an offer included on arrival, staff was not aware of that and had to bring different menu printed on a small paper. The selection wasn’t amazing and the steak included a few parsnips as vegetables.
Service wasn’t amazing and overall felt that because we ordered from offer menu the attention wasn’t there. Why then offer if you not ready to deliver the service you are so proud of. Have eaten in lots of first class restaurants in Central London and didn’t like this one definitely. It’s my opinion so other people might have a better experience.
Apparently at the end there was supposed to be some sort of game included , roll of dice. Nothing like that happened. It’s not important but if you advertise something you should stick to it. Thank you
Food was very poor. Steaks were terrible. Macaroni was dry. Spinach bitter. Terrible for a family meal. Will avoid here for good. Was actually appalled as this was mean to be a flagship store.
Very well looked after from start to finish. Steaks excellent as usual Social distancing well kept to.
Fabulous food, and a really helpful and knowledgeable waitress for wine selection.
Just a bit too noisy
Brilliant restaurant, good value for location and quality. Waiters a little forgetful
