Very good food , service was also good , but as they were extremely busy was a bit slow between courses , I would definitely recommend this place as you guaranteed to have a good quality food , from starters to deserts and wines .

Unfortunately - a disappointing visit. Booked a table for 845pm and didn't get seated until 915 or fed until 1015pm.

The actual waiter service was great! Food was average - no steak knives which meant the evening was spent carving at a steak with a butter knife - peppercorn sauce was like gravy with peppercorns in it.

With the price of the meal - I'd expect a lot more.

I’ve been 4 times before , it started as a 5 star and overtime has dropped to 2 stars .
The last occasion it took an hour for food to arrive , which when the food arrived was ok . Everyone’s steak was over cooked , i ordered rare but it came out medium, We did not complain as we had waited so long already.
The dinning tables are far to close to each other and even the waiters found it difficult to deliver food ( so it’s a tight squeeze) , the table we had was on the ground floor , so it was like a cafe not a restaurant ( I booked around 3 weeks in advance so I was surprised to get a small compact table ),
I think this will be the last time I visit as other restaurants have kept up their standards , unfortunately this restaurant is not one of them .

Service was frustrating, food was average, it behaves like it's upmarket fine-dining, but it's most definitely not. the bill was shockingly high for the quality of the food put before us, in fact it's one of those places that as you walk out you feel like you've just been mugged. A total tourist trap which is even more annoying as we all live here. I'm not sure if this group are still in administration, but it feels like they are and the administrators are trying to balance their books by upselling at every opportunity and robbing us all blind. We shall never darken their door again!

Disappointing for my husbands 50th. Sat at a table near the door in the cold, moved table, didn’t have the wine we wanted (or some others on the list), added the lobster to my steak for and extra £20 and literally got 1 1/2 inches of straggly overdone lobster. Nothing special for my husbands birthday no candle/little dessert or anything. Unsold apparently ‘premium estrella’ which was dreadful and we sent back but still charged for it. Ticked the box and went but won’t go back

We booked a 3 course menu with a glass of bubbly as part of the London Restaurant Week deal. Our waiter Camilo was extremely attentive and committed to providing a first class service. The food was exceptional and our experience could not have been any better. We loved the atmosphere as it was intimate enough for a date but still quite vibrant and akin to what a Friday night in London should be all about. Thank you Camilo and all staff that took care of us - we’ll definitely be back!

Food was amazing like A-M-A-Z-I-N-G from starters to dessert, not a single miss, the waitress was nice as well, love the ambiance and the loved the decor!

Totally worth the price (which not even that expensive, for the quality you get)

Thé food was cold, the bread and empanadas undercooked and everything lacked flavour. The service was slow and the restaurant was chaotic. There must definitely be something wrong if the service staff apologised not once but at least twice during each course. Way too expensive for the quality of the food. Did not expect this way below par experience from a restaurant in such a prime location in Central London.

Cold food, small portions especially the scallop starters. Food sent back as stone cold. Expensive and not really worth the price. Staff blamed the issues on being very busy and short staffed. Why take so many bookings then ? Not impressed on this occasion.

The starter was nice. Then they decided to turn on the air conditioning and it was blowing cold air all over us and made my , VERY tough fillet steak even colder. The fries looked liked like they had been first cooked over a week ago. Definitely not worth the £200 paid. They did however remove one of the deserts from the menu as my partner could not eat it due to it being so sweet. I have to say the staff were very helpful..just very disappointed with the quality of the food.

A bottle of wine and 1 coke, took 20 minutes or so to arrive to the table.....when the wine finally arrived, the waitress tried for 5 minutes to open the cork by using the blade within her opener to cut off the tape, when she finally realized that it was actually a corkless bottle...........
The steak was undercooked and cold and my friend had to wait for a new steak to be properly cooked, while he was watching the rest of us eating.......
Overall performance well below average for a restaurant who has the audacity to charge £40 the steak and wanna be considered as one of the finest steak restaurants in London.......

When your paying £50+ for a steak and it doesnt even come with chips, you know its going to be expensive! and then for the sauces and everything else on top! for 4 of us with a steak each and a couple of drinks which we had to keep asking for come to £360 for an hour an half in the place, table was booked at 9.45 and we did not sit down until 10.30, you can imagine everything was rushed! the food was ok but the same sort of steak you would get at a miller and carter for alot cheaper, i know its "london" prices but you would think you would get abit more care to your table if your paying them prices, also the lady on the door was very rude, and when they wanted to close we got rushed out the door. will not be coming back, would rather spend money somewhere you get amazing customer service. a few people left and said the service is not good and the waitress/waiter was rude.

Almost all the food was freezing cold by the time we got it, the steaks were served on ice cold plates, there was no value in the food, I think it was saved by a fantastic waiter and a very humble manager, who did discount the meal, the chips were hard and cold, the rest was ok, about my 12th time to this restaurant and by far the worse by a million miles, for the price it was worlds apart from what you got.
