Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.

This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

    The service was okey as long as you ate. We got moved away from our table after just 50 min since we didnt have dessert and got moved to a small table in the bar. We had’nt finished our wine.

    Food was more than OK, just a couple of petty issues with the bill, and service. We had a voucher for a free bottle of wine, which they charged us £79 for on the bill, this was rectified, along with one extra erroneous item that was also on the bill. But all in this would have totaled c.£100 had we not checked. Also, one diner asked for the cheese board, but with no blue cheese as they couldn’t eat this, so could they swap it? The server said no problem, but the manager then came back to say the chef couldn’t do this, as it would affect their portion control. Not a major issue but when spending £500+ on a lunch for 6, I would expect a small amount of flexibility….

    Poor experience. Arrived early for table and was turned away not even offered a space in the bar. Came back 30 mins later and table was not ready. Asked to wait outside in Zero degree temperature. Kept waiting for over 30 mins for a drink and then only finally got a table when I complained. Not the service I expect from a restaurant that claims to be a premium brand. Clearly they had over booked their tables.

    We always managed to find time for a Xmas Dinner/Catch Up at Gaucho's . The food , service , and atmosphere is always fantastic . Many years ago we booked at the Richmond Branch , and due to Heavy Snow it took out the power in the area . The Richmond Gaucho offered to arrange Cabs for us into Central London , so we could still have Dinner at the Piccadilly Branch . We had a great evening in Piccadilly , and they then offered us Cab's home that evening too . We'll never forget the outstanding Customer Service we received that evening , which is why we keep going back. Amazing Food and Service all year round.

    Absolutely wonderful dining experience. We came as a party of 7 and were seated in a lovely corner booth, and felt like we were in our own little zone. Service was excellent and very accommodating of all requests, and food came in good time and was delightful! Cannot recommend enough the empanadas, Cuadril rump steak and dulce de leche cheesecake for desert. Great value for the quality of food and dining experience. Would go again!

    I came here for my birthday, my first ever celebrating alone. The staff at Gaucho were so welcoming to start and when they read it was my birthday, they kicked it up another notch. My waitress was well informed of both the dining menu and the wine menu, even helping me to pick a white wine that went perfectly with my red meat (you read that right). I hope to come back for another occasion with more guests at my table.

    Unbelievable food, the attention to detail I could not recommend Gaucho more to people. One of the best Ribeyes I have ever eaten and my wife’s fillet was incredible…definitely will be back soon

    Nice enough but expensive meal but served with no enthusiasm from the kitchen in terms of presentation. The vegetarian main salad was very good. The waiter was very intense and difficult to understand, he and others kept bumping into my chair and there was a continuous draft from the front doors past our table. Company was great.
