Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the minute we walked in and got greeted to the minute we walked out at the end of the night. Couldn't recommend it highly enough, view was perfect food was perfect and the service was perfect also with very friendly staff.
My boyfriend and I attended the gauchos at tower bridge. We ordered the classic burger together it came with chips. We were very unhappy with the food it was awful the burger had a whole lettuce leaf in with a brown and white sauce. It did not taste good at all. I was very disappointed with Gauchos as I thought that the food would be nice. I would not recommend the restaurant to anybody.
Friendly Staff, attentive. Made our anniversary dinner memorable.
Amazing evening from start to finish, incredible food, lovely atmosphere and an amazing waiter that went the extra mile to make our evening special (I wish I knew his name!!!)
Thank you for the best evening!
It was a belated b’day and our anniversary and we were given a fantastic seat and the staff made us very welcome would definitely recommend
The food was great but the waiter was awful made no effort at all to build rapport and we waited for nearly an hour for our food with no word from him. Then as soon as we had dessert we were told our time at our table was over and moved to the bar where there were three drunk couples making out. Service was not worth the money at all. Disappointed.
From start to finish everything was amazing. Food was devine would go back all the time it’s a little bit pricey but it’s worth it.
Waiter was very good with solid advice on what to order.
Service From start to finish was superb.
Food was also out of this world , cooked to perfection.
Never expected any different from Gauchos !!
Great customer service with great views. Food was great.
Still a really good atmosphere even with the restrictions, staff were lovely, we went for a 30th and they brought out a dessert to celebrate which was a lovely touch. Food was amazing couldn’t fault it
Great location and the food was nice but very overpriced
Nice ambience. Food was good.
will definitely recommend it.
We arrived 45 minutes early and still made very welcome.
Very busy and noisy and service a little slow but food excellent
Great food. Good location with fabulous views from first floor. Buzzy atmosphere .
The food arrived quite late although we did get an apology. The steak is normally amazing but we were let down this time. The ceviche had bones and scales in it but my friend enjoyed her starter. Desserts were lovely and so were drinks. We were slightly rushed at the end which was due to how long they took the bring us our food
Lovely evening, just a little delayed when entering the building before we were seated as no one was the door
Lovely experience! Free dessert for birthday too which was a lovely surprise. Steak was I credible definitely worth the money
The food was excellent !! Amazing service and very good environment ! I’ll definitely come back !
Me and my partner had a great time on our lunch.
Our waiter recomendation was perfect.
Can't remember his name but he did great job.
Definitly going back to try the sharing meat board,1.2 kg of meat.
Was a lovely experience. Social distancing was observed
Lovely steak good fast service in an unbeatable location. We were there on a Sunday and wish we could have had there wine and steak meal but had to drive home! Will definitely return to gaucho well done!!
The steaks are always great but I usually actually prefer hawks or. On a Saturday night though, there is just a better atmosphere at the Gaucho on the thames and the service was first class
Elegant Sea Bass Ceviche. What a colourful starter !! We will be back. Tower Bridge as the background, at early evening completed the meal
Such amazing service
Great food and service would defo go back, a bit pricey but food was good so it’s fair enough. It was my husbands birthday, thought maybe we would get a dessert free after spending over £200 for 2 people.
Lovely to be back again at my favourite steak place 🥩
Great location and super choices on the set meal .
Decor tired. Had to change chair as legs wobbly. Second chair not much better with stains on. My steak pretty average. Others in party had better luck. Overall very expensive for what it was.
Had such an amazing time and the food was amazing. We were socially distanced from other tables and staff looked after us
Couldn’t fault this restaurant at all. Service was great, food outstanding and the setting was superb. Highly recommend.
Had a thoroughly lovely evening enjoying, good food & drink, great service and lovely company, all in a relaxed, covid safe environment. Great ambience and terrific views.
Went in for a roast, clearly states on website they serve a roast until 6:00 I get in there at 5 and waiter says the 50 roasts were sold out, in future state you only serve 50.

The steaks were good but cold as was the rest of the food. Expensive for a very average meal.
Great Sunday roast. Very reasonably priced too.
Lovely evening. Would had been better if we had a better view of the river. We could have also used more lighting to see the menus. Overall, a great night for all in my party.
Such a lovely restaurant and the food was amazing. The staff were really helpful and didn’t leave you waiting to long to order. The only downside to our trip is as we arrived 8.45 (we were running late) and because of the 10pm curfew we did not get long to eat and were unable to have dessert.
(not the restaurants fault). So consider booking earlier so you get enough time to enjoy your food and evening. I would definitely recommend :)
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed your visit with us, and will make sure to pass your compliments to the whole team.
