Christian our waiter was amazing, best steak i’ve ever had!!
Had a lovely experience, staff were sweet and food was amazing.
Gaucho was a fantastic restaurant, great ambience, great service, I was given a poor quality sirloin steak but it was still tasty, just a bad cut and for that the value for my steak wasn’t perfect.
All around great experience, would definitely go back
Amazing food, excellent service and outstanding location. Highly recommended. My family and friends were very satisfied with the food and the service.
Incredible steak, device and cheesy bread. A real treat with a view of the most beautiful bridge in London. Highly recommended
Awesome. Fabulous cocktails and good sharing dishes.
Went for a special occasion and thought the place was kind of tacky. Our waiter kept trying to upsell which just annoyed us and made us feel uncomfortable. Certainly not the expectations from a classy restaurant. If this is staff protocol the company really need to address customer experience as it was bordering on pushy. Incredibly expensive for what we got. We were still hungry after. Yes view is lovely but doesn’t make up for the fact that this is a slightly tacky chain.
Very attentive and food was great. Would highly recommend and will definitely go again
Delicious food, great service and they really made our graduation meal special! Would definitely go again and order the steak again!
Such an amazing restaurant! The food was sooooo good. Overall the service was 10/10. Will definitely be going back.
Outstanding food and service. Menu is reasonably priced with plenty of options. Lovely for any special occasion.
Everything was good . but I had a aubergine and the taste wasn't good.
but service , cocktails and wine was amazing .
Eating in Gaucho turned into one of the highlights of our weekend in London. The meal was superb with a level of service that surprised us from the moment we arrived. One slight hiccup was overcome in a friendly and comfortable manner which typified the place. We have recommended Gaucho to everyone we've spoken to since. The food is really interesting and that will bring us back.
Our waiter Robotr was very nice and helpful. All the staff were great. The food was superb.
Lovely food, best steak me and my partner have ever had! Would definitely go again, restaurant decor is lovely. Only shame is the price, but that’s what you have to pay for quality food!
Hi well overall was one of the best restaurants I have been in london
Great food and service, it’s a little bit loud in there but apart from that great all round
Food was very good, steak was delicious. What made our visit though was the service. Our waiter was exceptional, and he really went the extra mile, preparing us a little complimentary anniversary dessert. Couldn't have been happier. I'm afraid I don't recall his name, but he made our evening, thank you.
Dear Alex, Thank you for choosing to celebrate your anniversary with us. We are delighted to hear you have had such an extraordinary evening. We take a lot of pride in being able to deliver high quality, bespoke service; we will pass your compliments on to Kamil, your host, who will be beaming after hearing such kind words. On behalf of the entire team, we hope to welcome you back at Gaucho Tower Bridge soon!
No complaints. Good service, ambience and food as usual but 330 quid for 4 including 2 kids who didn't drink.....no longer represents value for money.
Top restaurant. Food and the cocktails are amazing. Staff professionals and welcoming.
What a disappointment! Ive been to Gaucho before and its always been fab, but this one just didn't hit the mark - too busy, too noisy, tables on top of one another (seriously, we were almost on top of the table next to us), tables and seats were the wrong height (I am 5'9 and had to ask for a cushion to sit on to reach my food!) Our main course came out before we had finished eating our starters and all in all felt rushed and stressed in what is usually a lovely restaurant (Ive been to other locations, not this one before). We were in and out within an hour - not great at £120 per person!
On a positive note, the lady serving us was lovely and the steak was good!
A very enjoyable experience and will be visiting the chain again in the future.
Excellent service, excellent food. The "Churrasco de lomo" is highly recommended
Lo mejor del restaurante el personal ... el camarero y la hostess increíbles, atentos y magníficos profesionales
Very good restaurant! The food is amazing, great service. The only thing is that I found it a bit too noisy... I think the one in Piccadilly is more quite as the tables are a bit more away from each others. Overall I had a great time and I will come back!
Had a lovely evening. Food was delicious and staff very helpful. If was expensive but was a birthday treat.
Dear Helen, Thank you for choosing to celebrate a birthday with us! We are delighted to hear you have enjoyed your evening. We would love to welcome you back anytime, perhaps you would like to try out our Set Menu which is 3 courses for just £26.00, but absolutely packed with flavour and quality. We hope to see you again in Gaucho Tower Bridge!
Absolutely fantastic service, food was perfect for the whole meal, incredible house lager, 100/10 couldn't have been better!
The meat was hard, the knife was not suitable and at the end the bill was very high but followed by my complaint, they told me that there was been a mistake. for your info they were taking my money from credit Card
Brilliant knowledgeable staff who gave us a memorable evening. Steaks were excellent and cooked perfectly. It’s not cheap but if you want a special evening then definitely give it a try
Beautiful food, service and view. They made an extra effort for my partners birthday which was lovely
Wonderful experience. I would like to open one in Madrid.
Amazing service and food outstanding. We loved it.
Food was poor
Very nice, great food/drink but expensive. Still would recommend :)
I have been to Gaucho before and wanted my brother to experience the great food they offer. Overall we had a nice evening and food was good. Prices continue to be high and this was the first time I wasn't sure it was quite worth it. That said, my steak was cooked just to my liking and we had a very friendly waiter.
Phoebe who was our host was absolutely lovely! We will definitely be visiting again.
Great Steakhouse as usual and the set menu lunch was enough for us although the price overall was probably about 20% too much at £200 with wine for 3
Restaurant pretty empty and soulless. Eat from the lunch menu - starters were “ok”. We both had lomo steaks. Pretty ordinary. Bearnaise sauce a claggy mess.
Staff polite and enthusiastic but food not really up to the mark
Good Location, nice main course, not impressed with the starters. Good wine menu, service friendly but not aware.
Tasty steak as expected, enjoyed the carafe of malbec as didn't fancy a whole bottle this time. One of the party ordered the roast dinner and very much enjoyed that too.
