Very very good
Hello! The starters are a bit ropey for the price.....but it takes off from there. If I were you I will get stuck into the main course and if you have space left, go for desserts.
Lovely ambiance, friendly staff...no fussing, polite.
We went for our wedding anniversary the food was fantastic the restaurant amazing and the service was excellent so it made up for the expensive meal but worth it. Xxxx
The restaurant, mood, ambience, scenery and staff are excellent. Steak is supposed to be the number one specialty of this place. Even if you have the tastiest meat in the planet, but if you don't cook this in a traditional way. The best will never come out from it if you cook this in a gas or electric grill. I was full of expectation with your steak but so disappointed the way you cook it. I'll recommend this place for its ambience and surrounding scenery but the steak? It's a big NO..
Fantastic food, our fillet steaks were the best we have ever had.
Well recommended, we will be returning as soon as we can.
Great food, great service! Gaucho is brilliant :) Customer service is brilliant, and the explanation of the steaks is very well done!
All good. Great food. Great wine. Wonderful service & view
I took my boyfriend to Gaucho tower bridge for his birthday lunch, we had a lovely table by the window with a view of tower bridge, the service was impeccable and the sunday roast was so tasty, the portion was unepextedly big! Really great experience, will defo be going again.
I have eaten here for both business and pleasure - always excellent service and food.
Lovely place, good food, great service. Nice meat and wine presentation.
Great view, too expensive, food too rich and staff just ok. Relaxing atmosphere though and no pressure too leave
We had a lovely time made special by the staff, the food they recommended and the lovely location too ( London tower Bridge )
The whole experience was very good, from attentive waiters who didn't intrude to very tasty food. One mini gripe, the steak sauces were not quite up to par. One was near on cold and the other was tepid. I wouldn't have though you would have wanted cold sauce on a hot steak. Everything else was great, and the sauces didn't spoil the evening.
Will be going back!
Disappointed with this restaurant a lot, been there for birthday had 3 surprise confirmed before with staff (champagne, cake with candle, prepayment of 200 pound) they could do non of them, when complained we have been invited for a bottle of complementary champagneZ
On top they charged the cake which we didnt rceive, also made us to pay at the restaurant, and being charged fromt he card now waiting for money back.
Had a really good time at the Tower Bridge branch, great service and even better food! Would definitely be back again.
Had a fantastic time, staff was brilliant food was absolutely outstanding mac and cheese was delicious and steak cooked perfect wine lovely too
The worst Gaucho’s experience I’ve had. Preparation of food felt rushed, presentation was rough, and the peppercorn sauce was very watery (definitely diluted). Overall the experience didn’t align with the (steep) cost. Other branches have been much better.
Outstanding service by our lovely waitress Claudia. She was brilliant and made our experience amazing, she is a proper ambassador for the Gaucho brand !
Sensational meat. Probably the best Ancho I’ve ever had. Great location, great staff, great food. Strongly recommended!
Guacho is a true gem. They have a lot of locations around London, and the one in Tower Bridge was my first 'Gaucho experience'. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was intimate, the service was great. Try the Ribeye (Ancho) Medallions... They were delicious (but you have to go for medium-rare, anything above it should be banned from this restaurant).
The staff were amazing very welcoming and friendly 10/10 at Tower Bridge Gaucho. Will attend again.
Great service, great view, great food! Made for a fantastic birthday lunch.
Food was great. Service was great.
Food was reasonably nice although extremely over priced and with a 15 pounds service charge. 28 degrees outside and absolutely no air conditioning meant that we were left pouring with sweat and wanting to just get out. On a cooler day the experience would have been slightly better but I wpuld really recommend going elsewhere as you will get much better value for the money you pay.
This is my favourite Gaucho branch, the location overlooking the Thames is perfect, the decor, service and food is always excellent. Always my number one choice for special occasions!
Was so looking forward to it but Disappointed with it all. DJ playing great tunes but ridiculously loud. Couldn’t hear ourselves speak. After an hour waiter didn’t seem to bother with us (had 2 hr brunch). Cost £170 what a waste. No one seemed to care that our experience was not good. Food under cooked. Left early. Would I recommend it? No. Wanted to book a surprise my husband for his big birthday but can’t justify the service and care for the price.
Undoubtedly excellent steaks, brilliant cocktails too but the starter and dessert menu needs a bit of work, do not match up to the quality of the steaks. Service was fine.
Service was OUTSTANDING Claudio was the best waiter ever! The atmosphere/view cannot be beat.
Ricardo is an outstanding person!! Very great duo he made my date go well and keep us having a good time
Thank you it was so fancy and romantic so good food and expirience, in beautiful location. We felt like two stars in London.
We celebrated our 20 yrars of marriage, anniversary:)
Amazing food and atmosphere, loved my ribeye steak with mushroom sauce. A little bit on the expensive side but great for special occasions. Cocktail list also fantastic and if requested the bartender will adjust cocktails according to your taste.
great as usual but I'm not a huge fan of the inluded service charge of 15%. You should be allowed to tip whatever you want without feeling disconfort.
The staff were very attentive, could not fault them.
Great food, fabulous location & views! Always a place to visit on a special occasion trip upto London, quite expensive, but still a favourite.
The atmosphere and view was lovely. The food was so amazing and filling
As always in the Gaucho this was just perfect, amazing food, friendly service and enjoyable athmosphere.
The main courses were really outstanding (we had a meat sharing platter, rump steak and lamb) as well as the bread and chimchurri sauce. We also shared a selection of sides - fat chips, skinny chips, broccoli, mixed greens and mac and cheese which all went very well. The empanadas were good but not the same star standard as the mains.
We loved the choice and sharing concept. The service was outstanding and kind and we will definitely be back!!
Went for our anniversary, food and service was amazing. We've been to Oblix at the Shard before and Gaucho is definitely better. Food was cooked to perfection, and decent size portions. Will definitely be returning.
Amazing food and an amazing view! We had requested a special table as it was my 40th birthday. When we arrived we were told we couldn’t sit by the window however my husband went back to complain and we were moved to a lovely table overlooking Tower Bridge. Waiter service was great, we received complimentary glasses of Prosecco which was very kind. Will definitely return.
