Italian | Marlborough, Marlborough

You’ll find the ASK Italian restaurant in Marlborough about halfway along the High Street, on your left as you face away from Marlborough College. We’ve created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, offer outside dining. Our chefs use top-quality food, flavoured with ingredients sourced from Italy, and their passion and skill shows through in every dish. Choose from risottos, pasta, pizzas, meat and fish dishes, and a selection of beers, good wines and prosecco. If you’re new to Marlborough, we recommend exploring the high street for its independent shops, and Katherine House art gallery is worth a visit too. After wandering the beautiful Fyfield Down nature reserve, or sinking the 18 holes at Marlborough Golf Club, our superb menu is going to taste all the better. Afterwards, why not catch a show at The Theatre on the Hill?More

Pub | Marlborough, Marlborough

Had read some impressive reviews of this place before booking. Good news is that they were all spot on. A bit quiet for a Mon night but the 'pub food' was superb. I use the term 'pub food' only because the price range is akin to what you'd expect to pay for standard fare but what you get here is something a class well above the norm. We had four dishes, 2 from the specials board and 2 from the menu, and they were all excellent. The other half of the pub has the fire and a lovely cosy seating area which we didn't use on the night but will on our return - which hopefully won't be too far away. More
