Amazing food and service especially Davide and Tommaso.
Love it totally recommend it !!!
Also I am from Rome and their cacio e pepe is to die for trust me 😉
The chocolate gnocchi is the best desert I’ve had in years!!!
Great restaurant! Food is good, not the best in your life but is tasty and ok for London price. Love the ambience!
As starter, we ordered a burrata and it was not very fresh
After we got the burrata, the waiter told us that he would have brought some bread.
Never seen the bread
As main dish, we had pasta with cacio and pepe. It was good to eat but when it arrived on the table, it was almost cold. Eventually somebody lost it when it was ready.
Much smaller inside than expected so bit cramped. Food was lovely although ordered foccaccia and cherry tomatoes for starters but it was pizza dough not foccaccia. Very tasty though. Service was really good. Feels abit tired could have some refurbs inside.
The food was good, authentic Italian however food arrived at different times meaning people had finished or were half way through by the time other people received their food. The portions were also small. The main issue was that from the minute we arrived, we felt completely rushed. Despite booking in advance, we were told they needed the table back in 1 hour and a half which does not make for a relaxing meal! At precisely 9.30 we were told we had to leave (despite them ordering us a bottle of wine not 5 minutes before which we had to pay for and leave!) Not normally one to make a fuss, I calmly explained to the manager that it had been a rushed and the meal was therefore not enjoyable but he did not care in the slightest!
We will not be returning.
Slightly quirky decor, great ambiance and very attentive staff! A great find that we’ll definitely be going back to!
Excellent little Italian in Fulham with excellent food and personal touch by staff and owner Aaron. 100% worth a try (more than once!)
Quality authentic Italian food!
My boyfriend and I spent my birthday dinner at Gola and it was perfect! As an Italian I can say that the food is incredible, the service impeccable and the atmosphere is friendly. I highly recommend Gola as it is my favorite Italian restaurant in London. I LOVE IT.
We were both pleased, the host welcomed us to the restaurant
Staff were attentive but not overwhelming, the food well prepared and fresh
As a vegetarian I had plenty of choice and the chef offered other dishes not on the menu
Would highly recommend Gola, we will be coming back later in the year with friends.
Waiters were very friendly and professional. Food tasted wonderful. My main course was spaghetti, but there was a bit of flavor missing, yet still very delicious.
Great atmosphere, amazing food and really nice people.
Authentic Italian cuisine ( Puglia ) friendly service and high quality food. Highly recommended!
Each time I try something new and every time the food is perfect. Recommend always this restaurant to anyone. With a group of friends or something intimate it’s the ideal place to go
Best restaurant in Fulham !
Innovative views on pasta and decent price tag for this part of London. Pleasant and informal service.
Very disappointed with my tuna was not asked about my preference of cooking. Came out cold and very rare for me. Very poor value for money. Not sure if i will not try again
I love this place! The food is excellent, service always prompt and charismatic and the atmosphere energetic. I keep returning again, and again! The only negative is that it is pricey, but worth it!
Amazing as always! Great food, staff and atmosphere, great Saturday night
Always nice to be there. The food is good and the service is friendly as always. One of my favorite restaurants in London.
Early Sunday evening dinner. I had the linguine with clams. Quite tasty. My friend had a pizza which looked quite tasty. A bit pricey but then that’s what you pay in Fulham so not unexpected
Best restaurant in London.
Best Italian food in London.
Best welcoming staff in London.
Literally loved it.
Already booked other 4 evenings.
Food was very good and nicely presented, service was excellent and the place is really lovely.
My only slight gripe is that it’s rather overpriced and the portions are on the smaller side. I would go back though!
I absolutely love Gola, best Italian food in London!
Delicious food. Great service.
The quality of the food is excellent!!!
The best burratta that you can find in London.
I had my wife’s 33rd birthday and the level of service we received was extra ordinary. 4 staff members even came to our table to sing her Happy Birthday.
Amazing food, excellent and extremely freiendly service and delicious food!!
Excellent food and selection of wine. Bit small. Don’t sit next to the Bar! Too noisy.
Have been there twice, each time the staff are very helpful, always smiling and give a brilliant service, never felt rushed and the food is divine.
Will go there every time im staying in the area.
Great food and atmosphere! Thanks!
Not worth it at all! If you know the taste of Italian food. Waste of time, and for the quality super priced and very limited menu..
Super friendly staff, great food and an amazing wine list! Not too big of a restaurant, cosy and you can take your time to enjoy your dinner and company :) I strongly recommend this place if you like the better Italian cuisine.
There is no room for criticism for this Italian gem! You can taste the flavors of Italy in every dish. Definitely a place worth visiting not once not twice but rather make it as a regular!
Nice atmosphere, lovely service and great food. Absolutely recommended.
Fantastic food, great wine , such friendly service from all staff but our waitress was exceptional really.... friendly and very efficient. Great experience
The bad experience in London .
Firstly the antipasto was called “salumi” I received only mortadella and 5 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of coppa and vegetable like eggplant and peperoni this is not the traditional antipasto of Italy.
The main courses “ravioli with mushrooms and truffle” was uncooked and was only oil truffle NOT TRUFFLE actually I required to add some truffle at my plate .
The second course was tuna with avocado , the tuna was not good and also tab water 3,80£.
Total 140£ quality so bad and services as well.
Amazing food! We would definitely visit again
What a great surprise - Gola is a diamond in the rough. A very simple and unassuming atmosphere, but don't judge the book by it's cover. All of our dishes were creative and amazing (we especially liked the lobster pasta). The staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. Italian food at it's best. Can't wait to return!
Our first meal on our first ever family holiday (we truly love to relax at home, but it was time to show the kids London) was at Gola, and it was lovely. The staff were kind as can be to the whole family, and the food was delicious. I understand why reservations are pretty much a requirement to be sure of a table.
Great. Love Gola!
