This Michelin starred Chinese restaurant was designed by the famed Christian Liaigre, the intricate wooden lattice screens, carved out of dark English oak, invite discerning guests for a unique dining experience with contemporary cuisine. Hakkasan celebrates the ancient Chinese culinary ritual with “Dim Sum Sundays”. Dim sum, or ‘touching the heart’, has developed over hundreds of years, but has its roots in the providing of sustenance and the facilitating of rest and conversation. Priced at £50 or £62 per person, the 6-course menu has been created by Chef Ho Hip Wah, Hakkasan Hanway Place’s Chef de Cuisine. Dim Sum Sundays is a weekly event, with the menu available every Sunday from 12midday – 6:30pm. The menu encompasses our idea of “modern authenticity” which is at the heart of everything at Hakkasan. We acknowledge tradition while embracing and crafting change. Highlights include the Crispy duck salad, Chinese chive dumpling with prawn and crabmeat, Truffle chicken shumai, Oven baked lamb puf and Stir fry black pepper rib eye beef with Merlot.
