Customer Service and food was excellent. Would go again most definitely. Workers were really caring however sometimes you have to ask the waiter twice for some things.
Food was as good as ever but as a table of 5 we were in an area with one other table of 12, not sure how that’s allowed but they were incredibly noisy and showed no thought for us as other diners in the restaurant. Also there was no need for the waiting staff to constantly remind us we only had the table fir 2 hours which also impacted the dining experience.
From start to finish, food & service was outstanding we will be coming back monthly
Food was ok - well made but not mind blowing.
Service was substandard for a Michelin star, the meal felt rushed.
The food was amazing. The restaurant gives you a cool and relaxed vibe with the decor and music! The staff are very helpful and attentive.
Apart from not having any menu's on the tables and the staff wearing masks, you wouldn't know we're in a pandemic. Instead, you had to use your phone to scan the menus. The serve should have been outstanding, but it wasn't, they seem to lack communication between the various functions. It took ages for us to get served, and then the food arrived before the drinks, no one asked how's your food and took a while for the plates to be cleared. For all of this lack of service, you still have to pay a set 15% tip. My biggest concern was the complete lack of obeying the laws set out, the rule of 6; there were several large groups including an annoying table of 9 lads behind us screaming and shouting. Also, the tables haven't been spaced out; they were that close I had to move my chair in so the chap behind me could get out.
amazing from start to finish.
Lovely staff as always and exceptional service. Food was top notch!
The atmosphere is very nice and romantic, but our server made our experience even better
The bar experience was good. The bar man was knowledgeable on Whiskey. My husband ordered an 18yo Macallan. I had a very well made Espresso Martini.
The dim sum was delicious, the duck was exceptional. Two of the four main courses (fish and ribs) were exceptional. The others were just good, nothing special. The dessert was poor. We tried it but didn’t enjoy it. Also the plate was decorated to say ‘Happy Anniversary’ which it wasn’t. And when we advised the waitress she shrugged it off as a kitchen error.
The service felt a bit rushed at times although the the staff were friendly.
The ambiance was like being in Busaba, not a Michelin Star Restaurant. There were at least a dozen people in the dark alley outside the restaurant hanging around, smoking Marijuana and talking animatedly.
I would recommend the Dim sum and the duck but the dining experience sadly didn’t make the right impression.
Great food and atmosphere, always love coming here.
It was awesome - love Hakkasan, never disappoints! ❤️🥂
Birthday dinner. Amazing food, great value for money.Great ambience.
Very rushed service. Disappointing experience, nowhere near as good as the one in Mayfair.
Cocktails are fantastic. Food not as good as it should be for the price. I’ve eaten a lot of dim sum having lived in Hong Kong. I found the flavours bland and uninteresting (maybe too westernized?)
Hakkasan - Hanway Place is a lovely restaurant with a very nice ambience. We had a nice meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended, but not cheap.
We had a very good meal
Service was on point every member staff was polite and available
Incredible food, attentive service, attractive interior
Great ambience. Good dim sum and generally good food. Definitely a dining experience. Service was a little slow from our server but the food was good and came up piping hot and quickly. Be ready to spend some serious £ but a good experience nonetheless.
Haven’t eaten here in over 10 years, so to find the food was as good as how I remembered it to be was very pleasing.
Attentive staff and a perfect wait between courses I ‘still’ highly recommend Hakkasan.
We had the Dragon menu for two, the duck starter was the highlight and there wasn’t any dish that disappointed.
On drinks the smoked negroni was quality.
The venue handled COVID reasonably well, there was decent spacing between tables but not as much care by reception.
Used to be more of event rocking up at the discreet entrance but on Saturday it was a circus and typical Instagram cliche.
All in all a good visit and worth it.
We were shown to a table that hadn't been cleaned. The staff cleaned it whilst we were sat there. I think this is a pretty serious failure given the current situation. The waiter rushed us to order reminding us of the 2hr table limit...I didn't think that was necessary pressure as we didn't really take long to order. Halfway through our meal, they sat someone in the table right next to ours which I doubt was more than 1.5m away. I think they could do with more spacing during the pandemic if they are intent on packing people in.
The food was great though, as were the cocktails. I would return in better times just on the strength of this.
Amazing experience and amazing food. Thank you to everyone who made it a great day.
So when going to a high end restaurant in a place like Dubai you are treated like royalty and customers are on the same level. The staff are very friendly and flexible with the booking. Restaurant is amazing very high class and luxury. Food is amazing and we'll presented. Sadly the only let down was the next table to us was drunk pathetic kids next to us, shouting screaming all night wearing sports clothes. Those typical east London council estate people! Demanding shots every second. Apart from that it is an amazing restaurant. Just wish they kept it more classy.
