    Enjoyable evening. Accommodated us being late without any fuss too which is rare for a busy restaurant. Reception lady was a little rude but the staff in the Restaurant were all very attentive. Amazing wine list and great chap to reccommend a wine.

    Food Amazing 100% would go back. Did not read that is was a birthday though in special requests. Many other desserts came with a candle but sadly wasn’t picked up for us

    Very noisy restaurant. It is impossible to talk We were seated in a corner table looking at the wall. The food is mediocre. A lot of oil and terrible fried starters. In the fried squid there is basically no squid, only fried dough. They are obsessed with water. If you do not stop the waiter, they can open 100 bottles in an hour!

    I went for the Taste of Hakkasan 3 course menu. Seafood dumplings, the chilean seabass and the chocolate ball dessert was delicious

    The greeter at the door was very welcoming. The bar staff did a great job of welcoming us and helping us chose drinks and champagne. Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. We had such a great time we ordered a second bottle of champagne to end the night.

    Enjoyed the ambience and the staff was charming and the service impeccable! We tried the tasting menu as it was our first visit will definitely go back the food is great!

    I went to Hakkasan last night for my husband’s birthday and absolutely loved it. The ambience was calming and the staff were very attentive, checking that we were happy with everything. We ordered the salt and pepper squid, crispy duck salad, sweet and sour pork, roasted chicken in satay sauce, Hakka noodles and egg fried rice. The food was excellent and I was impressed with the portions. My husband’s new favourite is the crispy duck salad but mine is the jivara bomb - I’m a dessert lady so if you have a sweet tooth, this is one for you. Will definitely be returning soon!

    Had to wait 25 minutes for a table so not off to a great start. Service was good but the quality of the food was just not up to the quality of competitors. A bit disappointed as was really looking forward to this.

    Fabulous customer service from start to finish! Our waiter Alfa was just fantastic as were the whole team.The experience menu was such great value at £39pp .. just go and enjoy. The Food and cocktails were amazing too! Great place will be coming back for sure

    Very quiet and intimate, wish I could’ve gotten somewhere more darker and a bigger table away from everyone but other than that it was compelling experience

    Good variety and options cater for all, plenty of choice for vegan too. The same goes for the wine list. Lovely atmosphere, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Food is tasty, well presented. Tables are a little too close together and the table is a bit small, so orders a number of dishes for 2, if they happen to come out together, it is a bit tricky to fit.

    I was left under the impression the prices have increased; food is very good but too noisy and perhaps not the best day (a Tuesday) to have am early dinner. Looked like an after party dinner ambience. Also, I should have been informed the bar was closed for a special event, would have saved me coming 30 minutes early for nothing.
