Crispy duck salad

Salt and pepper squid
I was disappointed by the food. Ambience is understandably bad because of the current situation, but food was much worse than usually. We still had a good time. But wouldn’t come back for a while.
Second time attending this month and it was just excellent, was seated quickly, food came quickly, staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere
If you attend and can ask for a specific waiter, ask for Maria. Her service was absolutely amazing! friendly... checked on us at the right time to see if we needed anything else, had a lovely conversation with her aswell and she made us feel very welcomed and looked after during our dining experience.
I know I’ll be requesting her again if she is working !
Food was great as normal as so was service. However their air-conditioning was broken. I heard that it may be and rang up to enquire a few hours before our meal. I was reassured it was a bit hotter than normal. However it was completely broken upstairs and they had no space downstairs. It really spoilt our eating experience and we left early as the temperature was over 30°C. If I had known this I would not have visited.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was around 40 degrees. Very uncomfortable. For an £800 bill I would’ve expected better.
The service was good and the food was delicious but it came out cold.
Me and my partner dined at Hakkasan not his 1st time but was mine. Starter and cocktail was amazing the main very tasty and all round service was A+
This wasn’t the best meal we’ve eaten at Hakkasan BUT given that it was not after lockdown ended, it was 35C outside (meaning diners were in the lower ground floor) and the government contributed £20 towards the bill, we were happy enough.
And we’ll definitely be back
Broadly disappointed, the Siu Mai wasn't like any I have had in China/HK and the Szechuan dish had no szechuan chilis or indeed any heat at all.
Restaurant, ambience and service was excellent but, based on the "signature" dishes we had on the tasting menu I wouldn't go back.
We had a nice time at Hakkasan. The food was good but nothing show-stopping. The lady who checked our booking and made sure our table was ready was lovely. Of course rules have changed with social distancing now in place but it would have been nice if there was advice given to people about socially distancing when queueing outside. We had a party behind us who kept standing extremely close. We had the superior dim sum, the Mongolian lamp chops and the clay pot chicken all of which I felt were quite good choices
not great, great food, awful service. Will elaborate once Hakkasan have the opportunity to respond to my private review
Very good food as always but poor connection for menu on our phones had to resort to your ipad, printed throw away sheets would be better.
Difficult to understand the server as she had a mask on not a visor and spoke quietly .
Lovely wine & good Spanish sommelier
Disappointing service. Staff were quite rude and over 30 mins just to take our order for drinks and starters. Not what to expect from such a restaurant
Excellent food, excellent customer service. I enjoyed myself
it’s was perfect, everything was good the food the service the drinks...
Excellent choice of food - though we chose set menu for our group. The waiter had been very helpful in choosing this, as well as accommodating our requests on small changes within.
Absolutely amazing service and food cooked to perfection, great value for money... definitely will be revisiting
Food was lovely! However it was definitely not worth almost £200’s worth. The bill at the end soured the experience sadly, especially as we expected more from the Eat out to Help Out Scheme, with only a £20 reduction from our bill... Overall I’d recommend places like the Shard instead, as you pay for more of an experience making it significantly better value.
