We came late after a concert at n Royal Albert Hall. Even so service was great and the food delicious. We did the Shou set menu, and it was 👌

Great food, and table service! However, entrance experience was not amazing. You have to wait in a line for 15min to be seated even though you have a reservation.

A poor value, overhyped restaurant with mediocre food. Unfortunately Hakkasan lives up to the reputation of a poor experience in Mayfair restaurants. While I don't mind paying for good food in expensive restaurants, £17 for a bowl.of rice is a joke. No wonder it was half empty and we were able to get a last minute table. Rather go to the Guinea Grill a street away. So much better for the same money.

The waiter lied to us and served cold wagyu steak for the second time. I didn't want to make a scene as I was with my date and we were in good spirits but we were both disspointed by our main course as well as the dismissive attitude from some of the staff.

I had an amazing dining experience at Hakkasan Mayfair. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service was top-notch. The highlight of the meal was definitely the duck, which was cooked to perfection – tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with such attention to detail, making the entire evening truly memorable. I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food and a great ambiance.
