Amazing atmosphere and food , definitely will be back
We love our fine dining but this was overhyped and overpriced. Disappointing overall
Food was amazing but service was non existent probably owing to it being so busy
Exquisite food, great service only let down ever-so-slightly by a few comedic moments caused by trying to communicate against the loud techno music.
Not the cheapest, but for the quality of the food, certainly not unreasonable - the old maxim of you get what you pay for certainly holds true here, in a good way.
Overall really enjoyable, but I don't think the downstairs would suffer from a slight reduction in background music. Having said which, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back again.
Fabulous as always. The food was amazing, waiter was really helpful and we had a lovely evening.
Fabulous. Food amazing. Service great.
Food came before water or wine. When wine arrived they poured the it but the glasses were covered in lint and we asked them to be replaced. It took 20mins to get our wine at which point the food was cold. Spoke with manager and fresh food brought out but overall experience was tainted.
Having eaten at Hakkasan on many occasions I was so disappointed with our resent experience.
The food and service were fantastic
The real star of the silver cod in champagne sauce
Great service. Competent food. It's just very soulless . . . #shouldhavegonetothewolseley
Excellent food and service. High quality experience.
I have been overcharged.
Wonderful food in stylish surroundings
Our only problem is being able to hear the waiter/waitresss as the music is quite loud ( though excellent music)
The food was nice but the bad experience that I had was the service. It took us an hour to get our food on the table after repeatedly asking for our orders. The bill had an extra charge of water though it wasn’t ordered, so please check your bills.
Service was excellent, as always. Food was moderate, spring rolls were quite bland however the main course (chicken satay and tofu dishes) were good.
Atmosphere and noise levels were perfect, again as per usual.
Overall an enjoyable meal.
Probably the best Chinese food I've ever eaten and the service was excellent.
Some of the best food I've had in London. Good menu and helpful staff mean that you get a broad spectrum of flavour profiles and dishes to try out.
Too expensive, too salty. Not what I expected the standard of food to be like. Felt it was unnecessarily salty so you needed to order more drinks/water. Service not great either. Felt pushed into ordering more expensive dish by the waiter, instead of them going with what I originally wanted. Save your money - better things to spend it on!
My son and I enjoyed the late lunch experience and the food was superb! It is a celebration and truly it was worth it!
Food was good but not for the price that was charged.
I would recommend on the basis that it is a fun place to go but you are going for the atmosphere rather than the food as better food can be had at a much better price
Loved every minute of it, food was amazing.
Must try the Dimsum! excellent! Great food and ambience.
Good excellent. Service pretty poor. No offer of water. My wine took 15 mins to arrive. The dessert was perhaps too heavy for the main it came with.
Food was great but we had almost finished our main course before the last dish arrived, and it was left pretty much uneaten..
service to drink our drinks order was very slow too…
Quality of the food was great but sadly feel short of the high expectations
Lovely evening as usual. Great food and professional service. A go to restaurant with a welcoming crew.
The food was very average. Both the calamari and egg fried rice were very bland and the presentation was awful.
The sea bass however was fantastic. And the ambience and service was great.
Overall value for money was poor given the other restaurants in the area have much better quality food.
Went out with two friends and we ended up eating a lot of the menu. It was outstanding- the cocktails were just as good as the food!
One of our party waited on their dinner when everybody else had finished. We’re pushed out at 9.15 to make way for next sitting, when it was kitchen fault we were late. Worst hakkasan I’ve eaten in. Hanway place far superior service. Very pricy for a very average dinner experience.
Food was unreal, and the restaurant itself has a really cool vibe. Overall good experience and would go again.
Amazing - would recommend
Classic Dim Sum was AMAZING. great flavours and textures.
Issues with the steamed jasmine rice was definitely microwaved. hard and tasteless.
But overall the food and cocktails were very good.
Great food and drink but badly let down by a simple request not carried out.
Basically we went for my girlfriends birthday and I put in the booking request about sorting something out or a candle or happy birthday written for the dessert, I even called the restaurant the day before the booking and was told it would be no problem - unfortunately it didn’t happen.
The manager did remove a round of drinks and the service charge however its once a year and for a top restaurant (which it is) it was really disappointing
The food is amazing though and we would definitely return however they definitely need to pay more attention to detail also the hostesses upstairs looked very disinterested we arrived, no one offered to take our coats etc, we almost felt like we interrupted them.
Look the place is great and the food amazing etc but for a top end restaurant they need to address these issues as if they would have then it would have been a 5 star review
