    It was my birthday and they charged me the dessert with the candle they brought 26 pounds !! I didn’t even get to choose the dessert I wanted , they never even asked ! When we talked to waiter , he was just being very mean ! Also keep in mind that I’ve been to hakkasan more than 10 times and this time on my birthday the service and that gesture was unacceptable! Never coming again , hakkasan every year you become worse and worse ! You lost a loyal costumer

    We have been there for our daughter's birthday. The ambiance, food, service everything were excellent. They offered us a table which was at the quieter area but we asked for the main dining area. And they did not refuse us. They immediately found us a table that my daughter wished to sit at. Also I told the receptionist that we will dine for the birthday and she mentioned this to others at the dining area and the desert arrived with a candle and happy birthday writing. It was a very pleasant moment for her. and let's talk about food. The rib eye was fantastic. It was so succulent and tender. Spicy prawn was not so spicy which was good for me but really tasty. the sides we ordered were vegetable and rice. for vegetables only asparagus arrived. It was well cooked, tasty but I wished for a different alternative as well. Maybe a mix of vegetables. we also had the dumplings as a starter. They were all well made and yummy. For the service, Edgar served us. He was a fabulous man. He is so smiley, joyful, loves his work and very professional at his work. Thank you Edgar!!

    Very enjoyable as always but bit surprised when my main course (no starter) arrived with my wife’s starter. Also, my wife’s main then arrived immediately after she finished her main course (no gap). All seemed a bit rushed.

    Dumplings are phenomenal, best peking duck of my life, coming from someone who has had Peking duck a thousand times, was absolutely stunning. Great wine list and beautiful restaurant. Would definitely go back and explore the menu a bit.

    The dim sum menu is very limited and nothing new plus now you only offer 2 types of cheung fun. The prawn & Kai Lan cheung fun is disappointing as you no longer use whole prawns but prawn paste/ minced prawn. The stir rib eye portion has shrunk. I don’t understand as to why you don’t offer the Lalu cocktail at Hakkasan But only at yauatcha . In conclusion your prices have hiked and food portions have shrunk

    Food was good, as expected, but poor service overall, place was not busy at all at the time visited, however the service was slow and off paced. We watched our food being walk around the restaurant to finally get to our table, the waiters were not on point, guess since the service charge is already calculated on the bill they do not make an effort. Not worth going back.

    Worst experience in Hakkasan Mayfair I ever had. The table was in a private dining area and separated from the main dining area! The staff were rude and reacted unprofessionally.

    I visited Hakkasan yesterday night with my husband to celebrate our 7th anniversary . Right from reception to the doormen it was an amazing experience , the staff were all so positive and attentive . The food was delectable and drinks were nice. I would like to give a special shout out to our amazing waiter Alexander . Alex even brought out a lovely pudding for my husband and I to enjoy at the end of our meal. Keep up the great customer service team ! :D

    It was as expected. Been to Hakkasan a number of times the Menu seemed a bit pedestrian some twists but somehow not as tasty. The service was good. Wine selection quite good.

    This was a last minute booking and I was in London alone. The staff were amazing the restaurant is stunning and clearly the winner of all of this was the incredible food. I am already planning to return and take my wife and Children.

    The ambience and service was great. We were served by Alpha and he was attentive to our needs. The food came quick and exceeded our expectations - tasted amazing. Came here for my boyfriend's birthday and they added a special touch. Will definitely be back!

    Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! Best food I have ever eaten presented beautifully and devoured with appreciation. This is a DO NOT MISS establishement. Definitely will always remeber London and Hakkasan.

    The management leadership service was very poor ( except the waiter he was very good) the front desk both receptionist and floor managers need retaining. We late for our table and the deal was no longer available so we didn’t mind to have the A La Carte menu then when we about to order the dessert one of the floor managers asked us to move to another table because they needed the table for the next customer. We decided to leave without having dessert. It was 7 of us 2 children and 5 adults which one of us is battling with the liver cancer that the reason I took her there to have the best food in the city but apparently the service it was horrible.

    Being in the downstairs area is quieter and more intimate. Great ambience. Good service. And a lot of vegan / vegetarian options. The vegan dim sum is spectacular. Would definitely visit again.

    Booked on the set menu - 3 courses and a glass of champagne for £49. Excellent value and when sitting in the basement it still felt atmospheric at 6:30pm. Had the signature beef for main while my friend had the prawns and have to say in future i'd go for the prawns as a standout in that sauce. Overall great food, great service and a reasonable price for michlin star dining.

    Would’ve been 5 stars. The food was absolutely delicious, but I was disappointed that they didn't fulfill my special request for a dessert with a "Happy Birthday" message for my husband. I had higher expectations from a high-end restaurant.

    We had gone there to celebrate my son’s birthday. First of all the hostess who was serving us was very abrupt, we had gone for the taste of Hakkasan menus, only I ordered some cocktail and my husband wanted to order beer, she kept coming back to say we should order cocktails as our menu includes a cocktail, and kept discussing prices with us. Then I had to tell her why can’t we take x3 without cocktail ones and only one with cocktail and we just order what ever drinks we want.. still she kept asking about the price- I thought that was very unprofessional and rude for a hotel to be discussing prices with a customer as if we can’t afford it. Then when the food came she just put it all on one side of the table rather that place it in front of individuals. The whole experience was so underwhelming . Then I went to the toilet and there was no toilet roll and the bins were overflowing,. The worst bit was you charge 15% service charge and then provide zero service . We had twanged the kids to have a great experience, they commented I. The end, mom Whats the big deal, they prefer Wagamama to Hakkasan. I think this says it all.

    I can see why this restaurant is Michelin starred. The food was delicious and catered to vegetarians very well. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere inside was perfect! Big improvements over the last few years. Would highly recommend!
