Overpriced. Food nice but not outstanding. Bottomless drinks well stocked by waiter.
Would sum it up as almost TGI Fridays but atmosphere not as good and more expensive for no apparent reason other than to pay for the spattering of random memorabilia on walls.
Had a nice meal but wouldn’t rave about it.
Great restaurant, kids friendly and amazing food! We definitely will come back!
Fantastic food. Amazing staff and atmosphere A+++++
have always liked hard rock and despite the current situation felt the staff handled it very well
We had a fantastic time however it felt a little overpriced.
The limited menu was fine and we both found something super tasty.
Lovely 1st visit for me and my family I tried ribs for the 1st time and my little boy had the hot dog..defo be back!!
Don’t think you should be selling deserts for sharing in the current climate. There was no choice to buy individual deserts
Have been to the hard rock on a few occasions and had an amazing time hence why we revisited on this occasion. However this time I was left slightly unsatisfied with the food. I ordered a New York strip steak (medium rare) and felt like I was fighting with my plate as the meat was tuff and quite fatty. It was also disappointing to find that The desert menu only offered 2 options that were overpriced at £10 and the portion sizes were far too big. I would of preferred a smaller portion for a fraction of the price. Based on my experience this time I don’t feel like rushing back to the restaurant soon .
Great staff and they were very helpful. Good food and drinks
In the time of COVID-19, this felt safe and well organised. Food was excellent as usual.
Manager Ross was excellent arranging a dish that wasn’t on the menu for us
They forgot about us and after 30mins we asked how long we have to wait. Got table straight away and manager gave us free nachos to apologise. We ended up having to put longer on the car due to this.
Lovely staff who were very friendly . Delicious food and large portions. Definitely be back
Very helpful staff, felt safe and comfortable , food was good and the beer was lovely and chilled
Can’t rate it highly enough, amazing food and service during a difficult time with Covid
Staff friendly, food very good. The measures put in place for saftey were well done and clearly explained.
Great food, great service, great music.
Social distancing in operation, which was well controlled.
This was our first time out at a restaurant since lockdown. The staff made us feel very comfortable & that safety was paramount. Food & service were fantastic. The prices are a touch on the high side though.
Best burger ever and we are aged 54. That’s my partners opinion
,would not rush back as over priced and the chocolate brownie for 10 pounds was not worth it , disappointed as this was first meal in a restaurant since lock down ! The toilets were not clean .
Great service and lovely staff. Food as lovely as always. Only reason giving it a 4 and not 5 was nachos were quite dry with not enough toppings or sauces. Rest was so good. Definitely recommend.
hard rock has Done well to adjust to social distancing and explained everything fully. Food was good and service was excellent however felt it was expensive for what we got
Very impressed by COVID measures in place. One way system, temperature checks, track and trace, sanitiser and thorough cleaning programme. Felt safe and comfortable so able to enjoy our meal.
Was average experience, we thought We were overloaded with table service , would we visit again , probably yes , think it was a bit pricey also for the meal we had.
