We enjoyed our meal...had gift voucher towards "Gold" menu...not a great choice and only 1 sweet option. Music was terrible and so loud couldnt hear ourselves and tables around us were noisy because of the volume of the music....not sure if id return soon but food was good.
From the minute we walked in the staff were amazing, very enthusiastic and helpful with the menu, food was amazing and cocktail was good, will look forward to going back!
Ask for Frank - best waiter we’ve had at HR Edinburgh!
Lovely and friendly bunch of people, nothing too much trouble for them
The food is always great there and will always reccomend it as well as the music.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and always made sure we were happy with the we food and service we were given. They also made sure we never had an empty glass with their refills.
The food was great, as it always is in the Hard Rock Cafe. As were the cocktails.
Went for wife’s birthday with kids. Thoroughly enjoyed service, atmosphere and food from start to finish.
Enjoyed the meal service was very good no complaints. Only criticism was the kids pizza. It wasn’t very good the base was a tortilla which I thought was a bit of a cheat. Overall had a nice meal.
Polite friendly service from all the staff
Food was excellent and piping hot
My granddaughter was given an ice cream sundae as she was celebrating her birthday
Good food, gods music, good drinks, nice people, easy to find
I love all the Hard Rock Cafes I’m been to. Really friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Very nice and friendly staff! The food was delicious but more expensive than other Hard Rock Cafés. Still to be recommended.
Pre-rugby lunch and drinks
The food never disappoints! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The prawn starter was amazing but expensive as almost same price as the burger. Bacon cheeseburger was delicious. The rum cocktail was very nice but in a small glass-I would have expected it in a bigger glass for the price.
Easy relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great service.
Website and Opentable stated food was served until 11pm. I booked a table for 10:30 which was accepted. When I arrived I was told they had stopped serving around 10pm
Very friendly staff, amazing food and drinks. Lots to look at. Amazing service.
Excellent service and food. It was my mothers 60th Birthday and staff went out their way to make her feel it was a day to be celebrated.
Great restaurant. Good food, great cocktails and excellent service.
Was out for my dads birthday he thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back with the whole family.
excellent service from start to finish. friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommend
Great food and friendly staff. Only issue was trying to get the water to work in the ladies. Even the staff said it was a nightmare!
Family night out for my daughters 11th birthday. The staff were great, happy, attentive, and courteous. As always the food was great.
Food was very tasty, service on the ball but music although we didn't mind was a little too loud for us. But I would visit again
Birthday meal before lion king, food and service was amazing! Staff really friendly! Got discount on shop as well will defo be back
love the atmosphere and the music the food is always freshly made to order come hungry the staff are always friendly and welcoming
Lovely food, always meets my expectations wherever I am in the world
Service and atmosphere were great! Food delicious! The only think that could make it even better is if the music was louder, you couldn't hear it very well from the conversing customers and it was good music...
We had a Great Birthday at Hard Rock Café Edinburgh. Thank you all!
We went for the first time ever on 25 January for my son’s 16th birthday. The staff were all enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the food was wonderful, we stayed far longer than was probably expected but never felt rushed at all. The only downside was a fairly long wait at the gift shop on leaving for my son to purchase a hoodie. There were two tills but only one poor young lady serving, but even harried as she was she still managed to smile! Great afternoon and definitely recommended.
Great food and good atmosphere
Fantastic food and great service. Thoroughly recommend it.
Visited on 23/1/20 and servers were amazing went the extra mile for everyone they even took music requests which was a nice touch. Food was delicious as always and extremely filling! I can never finish them and they always offer to box it up for you if you’d like
Brilliant vibes throughout the place and superb service!
Restaurant was tidy and clean
We had booked a Diamond menu, wasn’t given menu choices at the time so didn’t realise it was so limited (could obviously add anything from main menu at cost). We had booked for 7.30pm, arrived five minutes early, yet still had to wait until gone 7.50pm until we were taken to our seats.
Food wasn’t great - it also arrived before our drinks! But we always knew it was more about the experience over the food.
Loved our evening at the Hard Rock Cafe. Great food and great atmosphere
Food was great!
