I was very impressed with the way Hard Rock Cafe have worked to insure my safety as well as their staff during this current situation.
Great felt totally safe and place very clean food outstanding as always
Joss was outstanding! Helpful and friendly, chatted about our joint experience of hard rock cafes. Joshua was attentive and very friendly. All in all a great experience.
Was good to see all the procedures were being followed regarding Covid 19, strictly. Well done to all the staff.
Excellent food and service especially when considering social distancing restrictions currently in place.
We were really impressed with the safety measures in place in the Hard Rock. Made for a very pleasant dining experience all round. Food was great, as were the friendly and helpful staff.
Great food, staff as always very attentive and nice! Excellent!
Food was excellent. Waitress (American, can’t remember her name. Sorry) was very friendly, attentive and happy. Covid measures were good. Couldn’t fault anything at all
Food was terrible and expensive for what it was, but great service.
Great food and service. Friendly staff. We eat here often.
Fantastic service, great beer food and music
Gave a 1 for food because we didn't have any, but the staff were great. Took us in 30min before our booking because we were early. My partner orderd a cocktail but didn't like it and the staff were very accommodating and made him a new one no problem. 10/10
Majorly impressed with the staff and care taken . There was staff continually cleaning all surfaces within the restaurant and in the WC facilities. Made us feel more relaxed these measures were being taken and visuals for all to see.
Waitress was extremely kind and welcoming, food was brought out fast and it was amazing along with prices.
Fantastic food and service! Universal studio prices but its a restaurant with burgers in the middle of town! Some impressive exhibits from famous rock stars and the like. I had somewhat of an issue with the music choices. I know its a massive chain catered to bob and sally but some more ROCK music would be desired; not pop-metal or Justin Timberlake. Ive heard more rock music in my local cafe so to be honest they would bear the title 'hard rock cafe' more favourably in that regard. The only rock songs i heard the whole meal was from the Doors, Black sabbath and Metallica. Lets have more of those! Still; lovely staff and i would probably recommend it to families as rocking teens such as myself who used to hang out in places like this are being subject to overpriced Disney-esque cocktail bars.
Staff were friendly and service was prompt and courteous. Portions were very generously sized.
Very good understanding of Coeliac disease and provision of Gluten free food. Enjoyed the memories, thanks for an enjoyable visit.
First visit and would definitely go back. Much prefer this one to the one in Edinburgh which is very dark and much smaller.
First time going to Hard Rock Cafe and it was great! The waiter we had, I think her name was Jill, was really lovely and had a good laugh with her!
We love to cone to the hard rock in Glasgow but we just feel this visit it has somewhat gone down hill 👎
Had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe, Glasgow. Was a Wednesday evening just after 5pm and a bit quieter than expected but could feel the place coming alive with the background music and more diners coming in before we left to attend concert at the Hydro. Our servers were friendly and efficient, special cocktail offers on as well so that definitely pleased the ladies. A good range on the food menu, mostly burgers ordered by our group, including veggie option and everyone enjoyed their servings. I ordered chicken fajitas, plenty to fill 4 wraps and they were delicious. Price was reasonable with the reduced cocktails. All in, the Hard Rock Cafe was a very pleasant experience, would definitely go again.
In all honesty, bitterly disappointed with this. Food was below par, drinks menu wasn't great.
Service was good, lovely staff and very welcoming however food is more important and this was not up to scratch.
Nachos were okay, not too bad.
Mac and cheese was so thick and heavy.
Burger was average, very very greasy and a very soggy bun (I have had a lot better burgers from Wetherspoons).
All in all the meal was it worth what we paid for it so was a disappointing choice on our part and highly doubt we will be back
Great food and service as always . Lovely cocktails too
I had 3 courses, all of which were very good, the apple cobbler in particular was amazing! Will definitely be back soon!
Great food, great service and great atmosphere!
Tasty food, great service just a little bit crammed in at the table
Great service from Judith and went with her recommendations. A great birthday lunch out!
Food and service were both excellent, Jill our waitress went out her way to make sure everything was perfect for not only our table but the tables around us as well, she was brilliant.
Staff were really good with my allergy and food was yummy
service was poor 40 minutes to catch a waiters eye to ask for a drink no one asked if we would like anything might have been our waitress but keep that in mind
First time in and will be back excellent service and lovely decor
Recommend to all my friends to try
Good food and cocktails!
Although the overall experience was nice the food was just mediocre & a bit overpriced.
Enjoyed our lunch. Service was quick and staff were friendly and relaxed. Would go back again.
Big portions which is good but my chicken salad some of the chicken was pink which put me off , but the staff were excellent and enjoyed my cocktail just wasnt keen on the food
All good as usual. Staff and quality of food and drink outstanding. Great service. One of the best places in Scotland🤟
Service was fab, lovely people.
Cocktails tasty and food was delicious.
Food was lovely
Service was good
Prices are a bit high but overall, my kids love the place and the food is of a really high quality.
The staff were great and really welcoming. We had a party of 7 and there were plenty of options for everyone. As a vegetarian I was glad to see there were some great options for me and the veggi burger was awesome! Staff friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back!
Brilliant staff, food was excellent it was busy yet I was taken care of from start to finish , those Mai Tai's were so so nice too ,will definitely be back again
