Adele’s 12th birthday and her first ever Hard Rock. Bryce made it awesome!
Great service and fantastic cocktails! It's always a pleasure to visit Hard Rock with friends.
As always you get a warm welcome at the hard rock cafe Glasgow. Food was excellent service was efficient and friendly. Music is also excellent.

Cool music and nicr staff but the food is overpriced for what you get! Very average and not worth the money, your paying for the name!
Despite great service from our waitress the food itself was bland and tasteless. I have used HR all over the world from Singapore to Florida, Ibiza to Hong kong and this is the blandest food I have tested in one of your places. I had the fajitas, my wife the burger, I thought at first it was a just my meal and said nothing, till my wife commented the same about her burger. Something is sadly wrong in that kitchen seasoning wise, the steak and chicken on my dish lacked even the most basic salt and pepper let alone fajita seasoning. We won't return there again.
Food was great so were the cocktails drinks are expensive but that’s too be expected

We're big fans of Hard Rock, having visited many around the world. However this visit was very disappointing.
There weren't enough servers on considering how busy the place was, though our waiter was doing his best.
The food was particularly disappointing. Fries with cheese and bacon were soggy and heavy. The Legendary burger was anything but. It was lacking flavour and the 'cheese' topping was like melted plastic.
The meal sat like a lump in our stomachs for most of the night.
All in all, completely underwhelming!

Fabulous food. Service great. And had a fab seat. A great experience.
Service of food was very slow and it was very warm inside. 2 of us were there for just over an hour and a half for mains and dessert. There was about a 20 to 25 minute wait between finishing our main and getting our dessert, I think our server must have been on her break and no one else seemed bothered. We weren't offered a dessert menu either. A disappointing experience given how much we were looking forward to it. It was busy but not full suggesting either it's understaffed or inefficient. Either way we won't be back in a hurry.
I wold recommend the place due to the atmosphere, and the nice food, however our server Jill was very rushed, and made silly jokes which made the whole experience awkward. Like, we told that we are from Hungary and she replied that "you must be very hungry then". It might be funny when talking to a friend, but not when talking to someone who should make you comfortable and make a memorable day for you.
Other than that, it was my birthday and on the reservation we asked for a birthday surprise, however nothing was acknowledged, also -what made it worse - that the table next to us one girl got a cake and "happy birthday" song from the restaurant staff.
Overall, bad experience in the service, reasonable food quality. The music was nice though.
Superb meal and very clean Server was great was comparing it to TJI Fridays. But hard rock was much much better. Would recommend to everyone.

Fab place staff were brilliant looked after us extremely well second time there and it’s my new favorite place to eat . Music was excellent and our waiter was really polite .
Usual HARD rock cafe setup which is great however food was luke warm and slightly greasy (eaten here before so surprised by this). Lack of usual happy smiley hard rock staff. Also music low and lacked atmosphere.
Had a fantastic meal here on a visit to Glasgow. The restaurant looks great and the staff are amazing. So nice to see people who obviously enjoy their work! Although the meals are not cheap the quality and taste is worth every penny. Would definitely go back.
Jill was fantastic as a server. Burgers were very undercooked unfortunately which ruined the experience as a birthday meal.

We have been lucky to visit several hard rock cafe worldwide and Glasgow was by far the most enjoyable experience the whole restaurant was encouraged to sing happy birthday for my daughter's 21st the waiting staff were amazing very attentive
Waitress was over bearing and talked over us. Chicken burger was pink but couldn’t face dealing with the waitress so just left it uneaten on plate. No one enquired if anything was wrong with it.
Food absolutely terrible shocking menu and service was horrendous. Just in the door 4 times had to send the girl away while we looked at there shocking menu
Our first visit to the Hard Rock Cafe and not sure what to expect. We had nothing to worry about. The service was fantastic starting from the greeting at the door to our very attentive waiting staff. The food was very good quality, freshly cooked and generous portions. Will definitely be back.
Fab food, not badly priced either to be honest. Good atmosphere and service. Kids really enjoyed it!
Booked a table for my 40th. The place is fairly decent but was disappointed with the general atmosphere. Tables are far too close together and the seating isn't that comfortable. As it's am American themed restaurant they really should have the diner booths as they're way more comfortable.
Food was satisfactory but way overpriced for what you get. I've had much better for a much lower cost. Kinda disappointed really. As for the drinks, the cocktails are also satisfactory and there really should be an option to have your own cocktails made. I asked for a strawberry daiquiri and was told I could only order what's on the menu. For a place that costs this much this was really disappointing.
As for the service, our server was excellent and was clearly trying his best. However I would mention that some of the staff clealry looked overworked and walked about like zombies. A few mistakes were made while ordering and wrong drinks sent over. But they were taken off the final bill which was good.
My advice to the managers is to give the staff more time off between shifts and pay them a better wage. They deserve it and would probably be more happy and efficient if you did this. It was clear some of them had been working long shifts. Still a problem in the service industry which should be addressed.
Overall it was satisfactory but I wouldn't recommend here as the atmosphere is weird and it's way overpriced for what you get. Maybe good for a few drinks at the bar or a quick burger but not for a celebration or event.

Always go to the Hard Rock Cafe in Glasgow when we visit my daughter who is at university, it’s our favourite lunch venue. Great food, atmosphere and music and the bbq burger is divine!!! Will be back!
