Warm welcome from staff, very helpful and attentive. There was a slight delay in taking orders because they were super busy, our waitress made sure we knew what was happening and kept our drinks topped up. The food was delicious, I highly recommend the surf and turf burger! We had two teenagers and an 8 year old with us, they all enjoyed their meals too. Will definitely be back!

You cannot go far wrong with Hard Rock when you have teenagers in the company. It is a great space with a lovely atmosphere. A really good guitarist playing a wide range of popular music. Our server was friendly and very personable but he was let down by congestion in the kitchen. We had to wait 40 mins for desert but in fairness they credited the bill voluntarily. These hiccups will not stop us returning!

After completing the West Highland Way on we spend one last night in Glasgow to celebrate. Dad had decided to take a walk down memory lane and visit the Hard Rock Cafe . We had a lot of fun, enjoyed the atmosphere and the food (this amount of calories is allowed once a year - right?). Great place, but when you are in for a quiet meal with a deep thoughtful conversation over three exquisitely arranged peas and one medium-rare carrot, no, this is not your place to go.

From walking in the door til we left, staff were brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while to get our food as it was so busy but we didn’t mind as had some live music to listen to!! Our server apologised for the wait. It was my boys bday and they got a bday ice cream sundae as a wee treat from Hard Rock Cafe, we had a fab time. Thank you and see you soon!!

Waited almost an hour for two burgers…which seemed excessive. I felt it expensive for what we ordered. £16 for a small burger, not many chips and £6 for two waters. There must have been an issue with the kitchen, as there were lots of apologies being handed out from serving staff. Some people had just got up an left. The decor was the only saving grace…although I’m not sure how Justin Timberlake falls into the “Hard Rock” theme. Very underwhelmed by the whole experience.

This was the 1st time my friend had been to the Hard Rock & she had a blast. She bought one of ur souvenir glasses as a keep sake. When we went to pic it up we were given friendship bracelets. She really enjoyed coming & I'm sure she will return. Thank you

Food was very poor, dry burgers m, cold soggy fries. Not enjoyable we left really unsatisfied Server, Sean I believe sat down when taking our payment. Did not point us in the correct direction to receive our free glass. Took the one we had at the table and that broke. Man from the bar (had a ponytail) was awfully rude to us giving us a telling off by saying “1. You DO NOT take these glasses. 2. You take your receipt to the gift shop. 3. Are you ok?” Did not appreciate the condescending tone used as we were none the wiser. We just left without getting the glass as we then felt really uncomfortable and because of our extremely poor experience didn’t then want it.

You always know what you get at Hard Rock Cafe. Excellent atmosphere, great music and good food. Unfortunately service on this occasion was very slow, over 20 minutes before we got asked for drinks order, and it was pretty slow for the rest of the evening. But overall, a good night, and will be back before long.
