Great atmosphere and overall amazing experience, will definitely be back!
Good food, very good service
Food wasn’t great. No atmosphere. Wouldn’t go back.
Great meal & night out for two birthdays. Hard Rock cafe Glasgow were great at fitting us all in & the busy staff were all lovely. Thank you for having us
We wouldn’t rush back to eat
Good place for a pre gig bite to eat and cocktails
Good value and service. Food is always vry good. Would always recommend.
Bar staff couldn’t do a Kir Royale which is a bit strange considering it’s a very basic cocktail- even when I told them what to put in they said they couldn’t as they were unsure of measurements (!).
Food was lukewarm. Bangcock shrimp was on a bed of tortilla chips which is not how it is usually served - tasted weird - obviously they had run out of key ingredients and tried to cover it up.
Lighting was very stark - lots of bright white lights - so didn’t particularly feel relaxed whilst dining. Edinburgh and London really put this one to shame, sadly.
Been here a few times absolutely love it, everything about it is just perfect, relaxed atmosphere, great food awesome staff, what more can you ask for? I'll be back in October!!
Fantastic staff, lovely warm welcome. Food lovely and catered for all our needs, vegetarian and gluten intolerant. Would definitely go ago.
Was in for drinks and staff were so friendly and made our night more enjoyable. Cocktails were amazing.
We booked Hard Rock Cafe because we had booked to see Dirty Harry in the same venue .when we arrived we found out the gig had been cancelled and we had not been contacted . The staff were really friendly and helpful and found out that the gig has been rescheduled for next year . Our waiter Siris was absolutely fantastic he couldn’t do enough for us and he made our night very pleasant .The meal was lovely and the cocktails went down well . We will definately be back
Service very very slow. Made to move table in middle of meal. Waited 40mins for first drinks.
Been here in Glasgow one a few times however food was awful, we waited a long time people who came in before us were getting their food before us.
Love Hard Rock and been to them all over the world but the menu is a bit bland these days. Especially for vegetarians who have hardly any choice……I know it’s been a rough few years but a bit of work on the place wouldn’t go amiss !!
Great service, nice food, was a nice family dinner out.
It was my granddaughters 18th birthday, so took her out for lunch to the Hard Rock Cafe and she loved it, excellent service and everyone was friendly, food excellent, an overall great experience for her
Hi visited for second time bringing friends with me, but sadly food was definitely not up to usual standard, ribs very dry an salmon so over cooked we couldn’t eat it, such a shame as was beautiful last time
Great meal out and great to be able to return to a Hard Rock Cafe after 2 years. Excellent friendly service and great food. Thanks for a good time.
Had a lovely last night in Glasgow and a great meal and service in the hard rock.
Slow, cold, overpriced. Food took an age to come out and was awful for what you pay.
Great food as always. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Good food, good service, been a few times and always enjoy going back.
Great place. Fabulous atmosphere and surroundings. Staff great food brilliant well worth a visit.
We arrived early but this wasn't a problem. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man. Made sure we registered re covid. We were then shown to our table. All staff were helpful. We were looked after by our server very well & the food was lovely.
The serving staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. It seems like you are paying a premium for ambience as the food is fair but quite overpriced for what it is. For 1 adult and 1 teen, we had 2 cocktails (and souvenir glass additional £3), 2 milkshakes, onion rings and loaded nachos as starters and a burger and ribs with fries on the side for mains. All in £90.00+
Would probably try a different restaurant for our next basic burger outing. Good setting for a celebration where value for money is not an issue.
Excellent all round service, food and atmosphere as always.
Their was a group of 6 of us and we all had something different and loved it. Staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly
Good selection on the menu and very accommodating staff.
Amazing food and atmosphere. Friendly people. Nice music
Great venue for a special occasion. My husband had a great 60th celebration with the family. Food was outstanding and service second to none. Highly recommend it!
Been in a few Hard Rock cafe’s across the world, this was my first visit to Glasgow and it didn’t disappoint! Food was amazing, service was great and fab atmosphere!
Had a nice lunch and a couple of drinks. Food was very good although a bit heavy on the jalapenos. Also ordered 2 beers for my wife and myself expecting 2 bottles. Got 2 pints costing £6.00 each. Should have been advised that it was pints, not bottles.
Service is attentive but not overpowering. The actual place is very atmospheric inside and a nice place to spend a lunchtime or evening. Would definitely go back.
Staff were good but the food was mediocre , we have visited many Hard Rocks around the world and unfortunately we wouldn’t visit the Glasgow one again.
Excellent food and service. Staff went the extra mile to ensure my son had a great birthday dinner.
Great hot food, service as always very good, staff very informative, atmosphere was good, great music and an amazing place. Hoping to go again very soon. Highly recommend this place.
Service we received was absolutely brilliant however the disappointing factor of this visit was the Twisted Mac & Cheese was absolutely tasteless which is such a shame! We shared nachos to start with were nice and my partner had a burger he said was good, other than that drinks were good and service was brill!
Service was good, no peppercorn sauce with the steaks and amount of fries with the meal was quite poor. Selection of cocktails was poor and not much to choose from.
Great service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend
Really disappointed with the limited menu, won't return until more options are available
