Enjoyed our visit again food was a little slow coming out but it was quite busy and we weren't in any rush, I do think that the waiting staff should have their hair up or in hair nets, food was very nice and the waiting staff were polite and friendly

Total disappointment from start ro finish. I have been in lots of different hardrocks around the world and have been to this one a few times. Hardrock used to lead the way in burgers and customer service. There used to be a real vibe. The service is now terrible. I didn't see one member of staff smile the whole time I was there. Our drinks were thrown onto table and just told whixh was which, used to be given to each person. £10 cocktails come in an ugly kitchen glass and look terrible for the money you pay. You can go to other venues and get a much bigger better looking cocktail. The burgers were flat, burnt and tasted worse than macdonalds. There are no words that can describe how downhill this place has gone. The manager agreed standards of food and service have declined and she looked tired and sick of been there. She obviously gets no support from which ever shambles is running hardrock now. I do not know if this is just a terrible franchise or if they have all gone the same way the famous Harry Ramsden fish and chips went. This was really disappointing as I took friends who had never been to a hardrock before. Needless to say they will not be going again.

Definitely recommend putting the Hard Rock Cafe on your list whenever you pay a visit to Manchester. Food was delicious, staff very helpful and friendly. Place has a great atmosphere and the memorabilia is interesting and worth checking out. Shop also has a nice selection of reasonably priced goods for sale.

Brilliant food, staff were absolutely amazing, drinks were great and the overall atmosphere was electric. Being a massive music fan, my girlfriend took me here and it has made me so happy, massive thanks to our server Jésus, you made our night. Would definitely visit again. 10/10 :)

On a very quiet night the food was cold and we were packed into a small part of the restaurant I'm assuming to save cleaning the unused parts. I appreciate there would be no need to use all off the restaurant but spacing us out on the floor we were on would've made sense. Because I was so close to the person behind me every time someone walked past (including the waiting staff) my chair got bumped or kicked. As for the food being cold? Well we were disappointed to say the least. It's not as if they were too busy to serve it hot. Never had any issues with the London Hard Rock places but we won't be returning to this one.

Service was exemplary and we had very attentive wait staff. I think the menu was rather limited although what we had was fine. Children's food was good value as did not get charged for drinks and pudding. I had a salad which although nice, was expensive for what it was, salad. Partner enjoyed his ribs and dessert. Was a treat and new experience for a birthday but don’t feel enthralled enough to return.

Was such a disappointment. Food lukewarm and both steaks were fatty and gristly. I usually enjoy the food but for a £100 bill for 2 people, I wish we'd eaten elsewhere.

Waiter was so rude. Asked where the mock tails were on the menu and he literally snatched the menu from me. Was putting the serviettes down for drinks and instead of placing them down her through the ones across the table that he couldn’t reach. Whilst we were being served he was constantly messing with his nose pierces. So rude. Definitely not trained for customer service

I love going to Hard Rock Cafe's and Hard Rock Manchester didn't disappoint. I took my girlfriend as was a special occasion and was a surprise and she loved it. The service we received from when we arrived to when we left was excellent. Our server was Amy and we received excellent service. Our food and drinks came to the table very quickly and was absolutely delicious and enjoyed it as always do. The restaurant was quiet as was a Tuesday night but meant could receive the attention that we got. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely come back when we come back to Manchester.

The food was very average. And we barely saw a server. We had to chase a staff member at one point for the bill and part of a child’s main didn’t even turn up. The atmosphere is always very good but overall I think we probably won’t be rushing back

The food was really bad. The service was ok. The pasta was cold and then it arrived and we had to send it back when it came back was very dry. The veg fajitas had very little taste to them and needed some spice or something adding to them. The first 2 pints were flat as well and got sent back as well. We have been to other hard rocks and this was by far the worst visit. If we had not been to others and this was our first it would be our last and would not recommend.

The noise level was a bit too loud for my liking. I am on the autism spectrum and it made it tricky for me to communicate with the waiters when it came to odering. However, the staff were extremely lovely and the food was great! And the member of staff at the gift shop went the extra mile and made my birthday trip to Hard Rock Café really special.

Food was not up too the standards that was expected and would have got a better experience from a kebab shop...service was OK until my wife needed a bootle of water for no waiter person available for my request, only for me to leave my table to seek unhelpful assistance for my plight
